For this role, the candidate will gather and document need for IT training and proposes feasible solutions. Designs, develops, and presents IT training in either classroom and/or computer-based setting. Performs as a technical leader of application system development, network infrastructure or enhancement projects and/or multiple application support teams, which may include various Metro Information Technology personnel, technical contractors, consultants or other internal or external entities.
