We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves bringing digital campaigns to life. In this hands-on role, youll own the campaign calendar, manage ecommerce promotions, and act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners (email agency, Amazon agency, TikTok Shop). If you're highly organized, KPI-driven, and excited about working across multiple brandsthis role is for you.

What Youll Do

Campaign & Promotional Management

  • Own and manage the digital campaign calendar across multiple brands.
  • Collaborate with creative, merchandising, paid media, and dev teams to execute email/SMS, on-site, and ad campaigns.
  • Lead campaign planning and briefing process, including ideation of offers and promotions.
  • Brief internal and agency partners on upcoming promos and ensure alignment across channels.
  • Drive campaign performance by staying aligned with KPIs and ensuring all deliverables (emails, SMS, site assets, ads) launch successfully.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our Amazon and email agenciesensuring assets, timelines, and promos are shared and executed correctly.
  • Oversee campaign and product listing support for TikTok Shop (offers, copy, visuals, bundles).
  • Track progress and flag blockers; keep everyone on task and on time.

Marketing Optimization & Tools

  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across email, site, and marketplace campaigns.
  • Leverage tools like Klaviyo, Shopify Plus, and internal dashboards to track success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support ideation and execution of seasonal offers, bundles, and acquisition/retention strategies.

What Were Looking For

Must-Have Experience

  • 34 years in ecommerce or digital marketing (preferably beauty, wellness, or CPG).
  • Amazon Seller Central and/or TikTok Shop experience (hands-on or via agency support).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
  • Experience managing cross-functional campaigns or promotional calendars.

Nice-to-Have

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a technical field.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
  • Experience with marketplaces like Target+, Walmart Marketplace.
  • Experience reviewing or giving feedback on design assets (Figma, Canva, etc.).
  • Past experience working with agencies and freelancers across multiple brands.

Who You Are

Minimum:
  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 6 years of experience in Marketing, with a strong media background in digital: Paid Search, Display, Social. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize heavy workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Workload may demand working extended hours as necessary.
  • Experience planning and overseeing a multi-million-dollar marketing budget.
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Experience managing advertising agencies and vendors, advertising agency experience a plus

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $90,100.00 - $150,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Performance marketing is a critical acquisition channel and we're seeking an innovative, collaborative, data-driven Digital Marketing Communications Manager that understands the value of delivering outstanding customer experiences to manage our Autotrader/Kelley Blue Book performance marketing efforts.

You'll collaborate with top-tier agencies, optimize paid search, display, and social media campaigns, and leverage emerging trends to stay ahead of the curve. You will partner across disciplines like MarTech, analytics and product, to help set and manage achieving those goals. You will closely collaborate with brand marketing, providing performance marketing insights while understanding how it fits within the full funnel. Your expertise will help shape our plans and maximize ROI.

Successful candidates will be analytical while creative, well-spoken as well as email articulate, pro-active yet flexible, and possess the ability to manage and complete multiple projects within aggressive timeframes.
