D4C Dental Brands is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in the Fort Worth, Texas and Bekish, Texas Markets

The Marketing Coordinator oversees marketing for a pediatric dental practice with three primary doctors as well as a family orthodontic practice. Primary responsibilities include overseeing marketing agency and building/maintaining referral relationships with dentists, pediatricians, community organizations and other sources to grow new patients. The Marketing Manager serves as a subject matter expert and maintains close relationships with VP of Marketing, Regional Director of Operations, Office Managers, and other staff.

The Marketing Manager engages in face-to-face meetings, presentations and networking events, utilizing a CRM system to log and track performance ensuring an excellent referral communication experience. Utilizes systems and processes which result in patient referral satisfaction, referring provider engagement, and new patient count performance. Responsible for providing referral material and collateral for referring offices, luncheons for doctor/staff introductions, oversight of marketing agency and communication with internal teams.

This support is crucial to the delivery of the company's mission of helping children achieve a lifetime of great oral health.

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:

As a key member of Emory Healthcares high-performance Integrated Marketing and Demand Generation team, the Marketing Account Manager plays a vital role in aligning marketing initiatives with institutional goals, managing creative assets and optimizing marketing performance.

**Key Responsibilities & Duties:**
+ Campaign Planning & Execution Develop and implement marketing campaigns, including digital, traditional media, social media, email, direct mail and events.
+ Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication between internal teams and external vendors.
+ Ensure campaigns are on-brand, on-budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.
+ Content & Digital Coordination
+ Collaborate with content and digital teams to build and maintain web pages, blogs, and social content supporting assigned service lines, hospitals and programs.
+ Help manage video and photography projects including patient testimonials, physician features, and educational content.
+ Support SEO content strategies by coordinating keyword-informed content and metadata.
**Marketing Operations:**
+ Oversee the production of marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, display ads, provider toolkits, and email campaigns.
+ Maintain campaign calendars, workback schedules, and status trackers to keep projects on course.
+ Coordinate review and approval processes with clinical and marketing leadership.
**Provider & Community Engagement:**
+ Partner with physician outreach teams to develop co-branded marketing materials for referring providers.
+ Support community event marketing including webinars, screenings, and sponsorship activations that drive awareness and engagement.
**Analytics, Optimization & Reporting:**
+ Work with analytics teams to monitor campaign KPIs such as lead conversions, patient volume, engagement rates, and digital performance.
+ Compile and present performance reports and identify opportunities to optimize campaigns.
+ Stay informed on health care marketing trends and competitor strategies to inform campaign recommendations.
**Communication & Collaboration:**
+ Serve as a day-to-day marketing contact for service line administrators and clinical partners, sharing updates and managing client service.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, PR, and digital teams to execute campaigns efficiently and effectively.
+ Participate in regular planning and performance review meetings, contributing ideas and insights to enhance marketing outcomes.
**Minimum Qualifications Education:**
+ Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
+ Experience: - 5+ years of experience in health care marketing, service line marketing, or an equivalent field.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple marketing projects and work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements:**
+ Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and customer service skills.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines and competing priorities.
+ Familiarity with campaign reporting tools and marketing performance metrics.
+ Experience with content management systems (CMS), analytics dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics), and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Eloqua.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Wrike, or Trello.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience working in an academic medical center or large health care system.
+ Understanding of digital advertising (Google Ads, paid social), SEO best practices, and provider marketing tactics.
+ Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and health care compliance considerations (e.g., HIPAA).

The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for managing and executing multiple marketing projects, from inception to completion. This senior-level role requires a focus on process improvement, utilizing project management methodologies to ensure the timely delivery of projects, maintain budget adherence, and optimize workflows. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with the marketing team, external vendors, and key stakeholders to support the development and execution of various marketing initiatives, including national advertising campaigns, digital content creation, and partnership development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**1) Project Planning and Management:**
+ Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with leadership and key stakeholders.
+ Develop full-scale project plans and manage timelines to ensure all projects are completed within scope, on time, and on budget.
+ Implement and maintain efficient systems for tracking project progress and deliverables.
+ Effectively communicate project expectations and status updates to all team members and stakeholders.
+ Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure resource allocation is in line with project goals.
+ Provide support in budget development and assist with estimating required resources for each project.
**2) Project Monitoring and Reporting:**

+ Track changes in project scope and maintain clear documentation regarding changes.
**3) Stakeholder Management:**
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring project objectives are met.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove any barriers that could hinder project success.
+ Conduct post-project reviews to assess successes, challenges, and lessons learned, providing insights for future projects.
**4) Team Facilitator:**
+ Lead project kickoff meetings, ensuring clear understanding of roles, deadlines, and expectations among all team members.
+ Work with internal Marketing team members to assign project tasks and ensure completion within the established timelines.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
**1)Experience:**
+ 6 - 8 years of experience in marketing project management or a related field.
+ Proven track record of managing marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and process improvements.
+ Experience in managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
+ Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and optimize project workflows using PMP and Six Sigma methodologies.
**2) Skills:**
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
+ Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
+ Proficiency in project management tools (preferably Wrike or One Plan).
+ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage project risks and deliver improvements.
**3) Education:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ MP certification.
+ Experience with marketing automation tools or platforms.
+ Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
+ Experience in digital marketing, media buying, or content development.

The incumbent will have primary ownership of the development and execution of strategy and business plans to drive growth and profit objectives for the KCP Partnership Products business. This role is responsible for collaborating with marketing peers, sales, cross sector R&E, legal, product supply, finance, planning, and directly with customers to achieve business objectives.
 

Provide marketing and business acumen to develop and successfully commercialize insight driven customer solutions encompassing product category strategies and innovation initiatives.  The lean organizational structure of the business provides this role broad responsibility to deliver business results and opportunities to creatively develop and execute new product efforts from the early explore phase through commercialization.  

The incumbent will need to consistently demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial spirit, be skilled in market assessment and strategy development & execution, be decisive and be able to influence others in a dynamic environment to achieve results. 

The role works closely with the sales team and requires direct interaction with customers.  Collaboration with the sales team includes development & execution of customer penetration, acquisition and retention strategies and tactics that support achieving category volume and profitability objectives.   

The incumbent reports to the Business Leader Partnership Products.  The incumbent is the marketing manager for the Delivery Systems and Sorbents business and leads the development, management, and execution of business level marketing activities as well as product management and commercialization activities across specific categories.  The incumbent is responsible for developing and coordinating marketing plans to drive optimal ROI and achieve growth objectives of these business units.  The incumbent is responsible for delivering sales/customer collateral in assigned categories that motivates, and drives change in customer buying behavior based on key market/product/competitive/customer/end-user insights for this business unit.

In this role, you will:

  • Achieve/Exceed annual business targets

  • Incumbent leads identification of customer/end-user needs insights, develops market size/potential models and drives product development including execution of marketing plans to achieve successful commercialization of new opportunities.

  • Synthesize, interpret, and apply information to develop insights providing new perspective on products, categories, competitors, markets, and/or K-C pricing and performance.

  • Define the current market position and potential demand opportunities via situation and opportunity assessments for brands, products, and portfolios.

  • Initiate and manage overall product portfolio with consideration for competitive offerings.

  • Provide timely, effective oral and written communications to inform business team of category activity and products, providing recommendations as needed to capitalize on opportunities.

  • Support product management initiatives to ensure product portfolio health.

  • Maintain Kimberly-Clark’s category leadership position in key categories in both B2B and B2C.

  • Connect across the K-C Enterprise seeking opportunities to leverage the full breath of product/technology innovation to enable speed to market and drive growth.
