We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves bringing digital campaigns to life. In this hands-on role, youll own the campaign calendar, manage ecommerce promotions, and act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners (email agency, Amazon agency, TikTok Shop). What Youll Do
Campaign & Promotional Management
- Own and manage the digital campaign calendar across multiple brands.
- Collaborate with creative, merchandising, paid media, and dev teams to execute email/SMS, on-site, and ad campaigns.
- Lead campaign planning and briefing process, including ideation of offers and promotions.
- Brief internal and agency partners on upcoming promos and ensure alignment across channels.
- Drive campaign performance by staying aligned with KPIs and ensuring all deliverables (emails, SMS, site assets, ads) launch successfully.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our Amazon and email agenciesensuring assets, timelines, and promos are shared and executed correctly.
- Oversee campaign and product listing support for TikTok Shop (offers, copy, visuals, bundles).
- Track progress and flag blockers; keep everyone on task and on time.
Marketing Optimization & Tools
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across email, site, and marketplace campaigns.
- Leverage tools like Klaviyo, Shopify Plus, and internal dashboards to track success and identify areas for improvement.
- Support ideation and execution of seasonal offers, bundles, and acquisition/retention strategies.
What Were Looking For
Must-Have Experience
- 34 years in ecommerce or digital marketing (preferably beauty, wellness, or CPG).
- Amazon Seller Central and/or TikTok Shop experience (hands-on or via agency support).
- Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
- Experience managing cross-functional campaigns or promotional calendars.
Nice-to-Have
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a technical field.
- Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools.

- Provide supervision and mentorship to regional marketing staff
- Stay abreast of industry developments and tools, and share this knowledge with team members
- Ensure the quality of submittals and marketing materials
- Coordinate strategic-level pursuits
- Assist in the writing and editing of technical and non-technical proposal sections
- Lead in the preparation of interviews, including coordination and coaching of presenters
- Analyze client accounts and plan winning strategies
- Participate in business development meetings and contribute to opportunity tracking and revenue forecasting
- Manage the CRM database within the region and maintain standards
- Monitor and support outside marketing activities, such as conferences, open house events, and trade shows.
Requirements - Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications
- Demonstrated experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Familiarity with Facebook Insights for social media analytics
- Proficiency in Google AdWords for online advertising
- Experience with Google Analytics for website traffic reporting
- Ability to design and implement effective advertisements
- Strong understanding of brand awareness strategies
- Knowledge of budget processes in marketing environments
- Solid experience in campaign planning and execution
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Plan and execute events to enhance tenant and community involvement, ensuring they align with the property's vision.
- Collaborate with tenants to address challenges and foster positive relationships that support business goals.
- Manage digital and physical signage updates in partnership with the design team to maintain cohesive branding.
- Work closely with web developers to enhance the property's website, including event listings and tenant communication tools.
- Utilize CRM systems and analytics tools to track campaign performance and refine marketing efforts.
- Oversee budget allocation for marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective strategies without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with corporate teams to align local marketing efforts with overarching company objectives.
- Maintain diplomacy and hospitality in all interactions, representing the property's values and culture.
- Stay updated on industry trends to continually improve marketing strategies and tenant engagement. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within real estate or mixed-use properties.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools such as Facebook Insights and Google AdWords.
