Job Description
The Functional Consultant will be the primary contact for our customer on all functional requirements and will be the subject matter expert on Icertis ICM and the CLM domain. This is an opportunity to learn the product (ICM) and implementation methodology. The primary goal is to earn the customer's respect and understanding of Icertis' solution and ensure their satisfaction by helping them with design choices that can be supported by the latest release of the product. The Functional Consultant will be based at our client site at St. Louis, MO and this position if for 1 year contract with the Client.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with the business team to define solutions to address key implementation objectives.
- Conceptualize and formulate best of breed solutions in close collaboration with a business that effectively addresses key implementation objectives within the bounds of scope, schedule, and effort.
- Drive system configuration and deployment activities across multiple engagements. Contribute to the ICERTIS product roadmap through active feedback from customers and implementation experience.
- 6+ years of Functional Consultant experience
- Prior experience in implementing Contract Lifecycle Management solutions is preferred.
- Experience in at least 3 full life cycle enterprise application implementations
- BA/BS Degree
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer relationships with client counterparts.
Pay Scale:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At CloudMoyo, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
