The Reliability, Availability & Maintainability (RAM) Engineer supports a multinational SATCOM program focused on delivering, sustaining, and modernizing deployable multi-band SATCOM fly-away terminals. The RAM Engineer is responsible for developing, analyzing, validating, and maintaining system reliability, maintainability, availability, and supportability models throughout the product lifecycle. **Overview**
GovCIO is currently hiring an Integration Analyst/Engineer to support the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Office of Information and Technology (OIT). They will be a part of the implementation, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment of an enterprise-class financial and acquisition management system, known as the VA Integrated PPBE and Procurement System (VIPPS) solution. We are looking for an Integration Analyst / Engineer who can work closely with our Data Integration Lead, API/Integration Developers, and functional and technical SMEs to support the design and implementation of system integrations and data migration activities. This resource will also support the migration of data from the legacy application into the new solution, including data profiling, mapping, cleansing/transformation, validation, reconciliation, and migration testing. This is intended to be a hybrid analysis/technical role, rather than solely an API developer or traditional Business Analyst. This role is a fully remote position within the United States with core hours of operation from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM ET.

Position Summary
The Reliability, Availability & Maintainability (RAM) Engineer supports a multinational SATCOM program focused on delivering, sustaining, and modernizing deployable multi-band SATCOM fly-away terminals. The RAM Engineer is responsible for developing, analyzing, validating, and maintaining system reliability, maintainability, availability, and supportability models throughout the product lifecycle. This role works closely with Systems Engineering, Integrated Product Support (IPS), Logistics, Configuration Management, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and In-Service Support teams to ensure system performance and sustainment objectives are achieved. Develop and maintain reliability programs supporting SATCOM systems through design, production, deployment, and sustainment phases.

Analyze hardware, firmware, and software reliability to the Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) level.

Perform Maintainability Analyses, including MTTR, MTTRS, TTR, and MTBPM assessments.
Conduct Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analyses (FMECA) in accordance with MIL-STD-1629A and IEC 60812.

Develop availability models and readiness assessments to support sustainment planning.
Perform Operation and Maintenance Task Analyses (O&MTA) and define maintenance requirements.
Conduct Level of Repair Analyses (LORA) to determine cost-effective maintenance and repair strategies.
Support development of Integrated Product Support Plans (IPSP), In-Service Support Plans (ISSP), Product Support Data Packages (PSDP), and Initial Provisioning Lists (IPL).
Participate in DRACAS activities, analyze failure data, and recommend corrective actions.
