**About the Role**
This new, high-profile Director, New Program Development role will be accountable for developing new primary services offerings for Anywhere's franchisee brokers and agents. **Key Responsibilities**
+ **Program Development:** Design new integrated services offerings for our real estate franchisees, with a focus on services that generate revenue (insurance, mortgage) or displace existing cost (transaction coordination, back-office services). Develop sustainable business models that leverage our competitive advantages for the good of our franchisees.
+ **Thoughtful Implementation:** Partner with the relevant operations leaders to ensure viability and bring these new programs into existence. Operate with a test-and-learn mentality, piloting and iterating on each offering before entering a scaled rollout phase.
+ **Go-to-Market Strategy:** Craft and implement go-to-market plans, including market analysis, positioning, and competitive strategy. Ensure alignment with overall business priorities.
+ **Collaborative Leadership:** Work with cross-functional teams both internally and externally to develop the best possible services.Partner with leaders across the franchise brands and operations teams to ensure we are collaboratively prioritizing our roadmap for feasibility & impact.

**Requirements**

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in preparing permit applications (CAA, WPDES, etc.) and technical documents, including reports, letters, and regulatory correspondence
+ Prepare Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans
+ Interpret and apply regulations and programs, including the Clean Air Act (CAA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Emergency Planning and Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), Clean Water Act (CWA), and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) rules
+ Complete annual regulatory reports and monthly recordkeeping documentation

The base compensation listed for this job posting reflects a general range for the posted position. Base compensation will vary based on factors such as: years of experience, location, level of responsibility and licenses/certifications. In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians to deliver cutting-edge studies on electrical interferences across critical infrastructure - pipelines, railroads, substations, and transmission systems. You will oversee modeling and analysis for AC/DC interference, EMI/EMF, and grounding systems, while also managing project timelines, budgets, and client relationships. Your expertise will shape the direction of our consulting services, and your voice will be heard at industry conferences and in strategic business development efforts.
Preferred locations would be based in Houston, TX, Denver, CO, or Chicago, IL, we are open to exceptional talent in other locations. This role involves occasional travel - up to 20% - giving you the chance to see the impact of your work firsthand and collaborate in person with clients and colleagues.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 6-10 years of relevant experience leading interference studies for oil and gas pipelines, electrical powerlines and substations, HVDC systems, railways, and other related infrastructure.
+ Proficiency with SES CDEGS software suite, specifically Hi-Freq and/or ROW modules.
+ Communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and client relationships.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Field experience with soil resistivity testing, fall of potential measurements, and electrical grounding assessments.
+ Familiarity with industry standards and regulations including IEEE Std 80, 81, 2746, NACE/AMPP, CSA OCC-1-2013, and PHMSA 49, CFR 192 and 195.
+ SES Level 1 or NACE CP certification.
