**Job responsibilities**
+ Develop criteria to evaluate MDRM level logic for external reporting of loans impacting filings such as Y-14Q, Y-9C, Call Report, SEC, CRA, FDIC 370, FRB pledge programs, etc.,
+ Develop a deep understanding of credit systems and processes in order to extract insights from existing data while identifying and recommending enhancements to improve data quality
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct impact assessment and tactical/strategic implementation of new regulatory reporting instructions affecting wholesale loan disclosures
+ Produce accurate, error-free analysis and reporting. Understand business drivers and ensure that analyses are appropriate and well-structured
+ Provide support for occasional ad hoc requests and routine reporting associated with wholesale lending products
+ Manage projects and initiatives related to regulatory classification of loans and unfunded credit commitments
+ Advocate for and identify opportunities to drive automation across wholesale lending external reporting and control function

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**
+ 6+ years of experience in financial control, regulatory external reporting, or related roles, with a strong background in the banking or financial services industry
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex and sensitive issues to management in a concise and persuasive manner
+ Ability to synthesize large amounts of data and formulate appropriate conclusions and train others to this level of understanding and actionable results

What would a typical day look like?

  • Lead and deliver a variety of projects to customer satisfaction, on time delivery with a “beat the budget” mindset while managing and mentoring the project team resources

  • Work closely with Engineering and Supply Chain management to ensure timely design release, ordering of materials and help develop Supplier Statements of Work for outsourcing of custom sub systems.
  • Control all project changes that impact scope, schedule, budget or FAT/SAT Acceptance testing by using Eagle Technologies tools and systems to log initial change requests from the Customer or the project team. After requests are logged, follow Eagle Technologies change management process to ensure proper resolution.
  • Look for opportunities to document lessons learned during all project phases and document per Eagle Technologies standards
  • Lead customer review meetings for project proposals and initiate regular project updates to customers consistent with the Project Execution Map while interacting with all levels of management, clients, contractors and vendors
  • Travel to customer site and oversee the Site Acceptance Testing and final buy-off


What qualifies you for this opportunity?

Lead the planning, staffing, scheduling, budget management, quality control, safety, and organization of internal technical and support staff, and subcontractors for the project.
- Providing expertise in developing concepts for programs and design approaches for major phases of large highway infrastructure projects, including Design-Build and Public-Private Partnerships. Extensive participation in internal team meetings/workshops and client workshops is anticipated.
- Coordination with all complimentary disciplines (roadway, drainage, structural, traffic, public involvement and environmental), technical preparation and supervision of roadway and planning design tasks, perform plan quality reviews, participate in value engineering studies.
- Represents Jacobs at meetings, presentations, and public hearings relative to assigned projects. - Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited University with an emphasis in infrastructure.

**Leadership and Direction**

+ May assist with budgeting, staffing, scheduling and client management tasks.
+ Assist in definition of scope of assigned transportation projects and develop plan to accomplish projects.
+ Develop detail design plans, schedules, and budgets for transportation projects, including roadways, drainage infrastructure, and traffic management systems.
+ Provide technical assistance in the resolution of design problems and provide technical quality control of multiple assigned projects.
+ Prepare client presentations and attend public meetings,
+ Review plans and prepare or review technical specifications, contract documents, and estimates.

**Qualifications**

**A DAY IN THE LIFE**
+ Perform commissioning on mechanical, electrical, controls, irrigation systems, and process systems.
