**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies, and sales and marketing plans that complement the overall operating plan for the business unit.
+ Develop the sales forecast and maintain accountability for sales goal achievement, including but not limited to respective key metrics and/or budget achievement.
+ Direct a staff of sales and administrative personnel, including responsibility for hiring, training and performance coaching and management; complete weekly "ride-alongs" with sales personnel to provide training and coaching.
+ Assist with new customer solicitation, bid preparation and customer retention strategies.
+ Meet regularly with sales personnel to review sales activity funnel (CRM tool), customer retention and relationship activities, review sales performance compared to goal, production and training needs.
+ Proactively contact assigned accounts to identify customer needs, changing requirements or potential issues and resolve accordingly.
+ Participate with business unit leadership to develop and implement pricing strategy to meet Company objectives.
+ Maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends in designated market to anticipate changing customer needs; proactively manage customer base.
+ Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Company's available services, lines of business, pricing structures to assist sales personnel in particular selling circumstances as the need arises.
+ Complete all required sales reports in a thorough and timely fashion.
+ Review Customer Service Agreements for terms and conditions pricing, accuracy and other requirements.
+ Perform other job-related duties, as required.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Minimum of 5 years experience in a role that includes supervising or managing sales personnel and activities.

As a Team Lead your job will be to lead a team of 4-8 sales rep. This will include in field training, managing, and motivating the team in order to ensure their individual and team goals are met. You will be showing them correct practices, procedures, and influencing them in a positive way that allows your team to be a part of the fun and exciting work culture here at Results Contracting. Some of your responsibilities will require training on Door to Door sales as well as showing new representatives how to do inspections, meeting insurance adjusters on site to go over the scope of work and determine if the insurance company is in agreeance with the damages.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for training the reps on Door to Door sales, this involves working with them for their first two days and then running appointments they have set for the remainder of their two week training period.
- Scout areas for your team to work and inspect roofs. This involves driving to areas and determining if you think it would be a good neighborhood for them to work.
- Responsible for managing 4-8 Services Writers.
- Make sure that your reps are hitting their individual weekly quotas, in return making sure you hit your minimum team weekly quota.
- Attend weekly sales meetings at your given location.
- Run weekly pipeline meetings with your team to ensure they are keeping their files clean and up to date.
- Run 3-5 adjustments with your new reps to teach them how they are ran.
- Communicate with your Project Manager often.
- Reach out to any reps customers who are looking for more information or have questions their rep is unable to answer.

About the Role:
The Sales Manager position is responsible for growing the company's sales in the Data Center and IT Cooling sector by working with existing and new customers, channel partners and distributors to solve their most demanding cooling challenges that are critical to their business operations by developing relationships with project stakeholders, specifically C-Suite executives, Finance leaders and Operation managers. - Provides overall account management to existing customers within a defined set of strategic accounts.

- Utilizes market research and sales training methods to effectively target prospects.

Position Qualifications
