You Are
As a Cybersecurity Senior Manager, you will be responsible for helping clients solve their business challenges and growing Accenture's cybersecurity business at the clients. You will provide cybersecurity subject matter expertise, understand clients' cybersecurity challenges and requirements and bring in "Fit for purpose" Industry aligned solutions to address the client specific needs. You will drive client relationship building and project delivery execution as the primary point of contact for the client and project teams - Interfacing with client security stakeholders, client business and/or IT stakeholders, Accenture domain experts and other third party teams as needed. You will lead others on your projects, from one to many, across our Analyst, Senior Analyst, Consultant and Manager levels. You will be the business operator and value creator, and will need to lead from the front, ensuring we are partnering with our clients to shape and deliver on committed outcomes.
As a team member, you'll be part of an industry team focused on staying on top of Industry trends relevant for your client, emerging threats and applying innovative cybersecurity solutions to solve problems across the client's business value chains. Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead Accenture Cybersecurity engagements by blending deep technical expertise, strategic consulting, and strong relationship management. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and executive stakeholders-defining cybersecurity strategies, managing risks, and delivering tailored solutions to address their most critical challenges.
+ Own the full engagement lifecycle: from shaping and scoping to budgeting, timelines, risk management, and global delivery.
+ Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams of cybersecurity consultants and analysts-ensuring they are enabled and aligned to client needs.
+ Collaborate directly with clients and Accenture teams to understand cybersecurity priorities and bring forward industry-aligned, AI-powered solutions.
+ Ensure engagements are executed with excellence, delivered profitably, and consistently aligned to client business goals.
+ Build trusted relationships across all client levels-from executive sponsors to technical and business teams.
+ Partner with Accenture Industry teams and ecosystem collaborators to co-create differentiated go-to-market solutions.
+ Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging threats. Co-Innovate with the Industry team(s) to shape future-ready cybersecurity solutions, contribute to thought leadership, and develop white papers, POV and impactful assets.
+ Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 6 years of hands-on cyber security experience of leading and delivering large/complex cyber security programs in client facing roles
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in one of the relevant industries (Consumer Goods & Services; Retail; Travel; Automotive & Mobility; Industrial; Aerospace & Defense; Life Sciences.), showcasing a deep understanding of the unique challenges and regulatory requirements applicable to these Industries
+ Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience and in depth understanding and experience in at least one of the cybersecurity domains (e.g. threat intelligence, threat exposure management, data protection, cloud security, OT security, and so on)
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.

The **Strategic Planning Manager** acts as an internal consultant and facilitator for overall Strategic Planning activities and processes relevant to the BayCare Health System. Areas of focus include BayCare Health System's various divisions (e.g. ambulatory, inpatient, physician, homecare, post-acute, nursing, pharmacy), system-wide service lines, associated hospitals (e.g., general acute, tertiary, behavioral health) and an employed multispecialty physician group.
**Responsibilities** :
+ Leading senior management in the design and implementation of project plans to frame our health system strategic initiatives, and meet deliverables and target deadlines, managing multi-disciplinary strategic planning projects ranging from single projects to complex engagements with multiple workstreams for the development of plans in support of service lines, hospitals, and other areas of the care continuum.
+ Analyzing current and future market and population data, synthesizing business intelligence, industry and market trends/data into information and knowledge to drive strategic decision making.
+ Supporting analyses of business development opportunities, conducting future geographic footprint studies including prioritization for key components of the care continuum (e.g. physician, ambulatory, inpatient).
+ Supporting the strategic study component of evaluating potential joint ventures and acquisitions, developing historical, current and projected market and facility demand for healthcare services, completing physician community and strategic manpower analyses.
+ Monitoring and reporting State regulatory activities, and supporting community health needs assessment activities.
+ In the management of the activities above, the Strategic Planning Manager, in coordination with their direct supervisor and other strategic planning managers, may train, supervise, mentor and manage the performance of the other team members in the department.
+ Required specific skills also includes excellent facilitation and analytical skills.
**Requirements** :
+ Bachelor's degree AND 5 years of experience in Strategic Planning within a Multihospital or Integrated Healthcare Delivery System; OR
+ Master's degree AND 3 years of experience in Strategic Planning within a Multihospital or Integrated Healthcare Delivery System
+ Preferred - 7 years Strategic Planning Multihospital/Integrated Healthcare Delivery System
