**The Work**
The Air Traffic Control Specialist will learn all equipment associated with the duties and responsibilities of a Sikorsky Air Traffic Controller.
- Develop skills required to operate all equipment to provide service to pilots.
- Become trained and current in both Tower and Radar. Ensure Runway/Helicopter separation is maintained.
- Enforce spacing and sequencing of all traffic transitioning in/out or through our assigned airspace.
