• Assist in the design and development of cross-platform mobile applications (iOS and Android) and web applications.
• Write, test, and debug code in various languages (e.g., Swift, Kotlin, JavaScript, Python) under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and user guides.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly and engaging interfaces.
• Learn and apply best practices in software architecture, security, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in app development.

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated passion for software development and technology.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to commit to the full duration of the apprenticeship program.
