As the Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and integrating electrical designs for various air vehicle systems and subsystems. Your work will involve integration onto labs, test vehicles, or specialized test equipment. You will engage in design activities related to cable interface assemblies, data acquisition hardware, and sensor systems designed to measure stress, thermal, vibration, and linear/rotational displacement.

+ Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline and 2 years of related professional/military experience; OR a Master's Degree in a STEM discipline and 0 years of related professional/military experience.
+ Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
+ Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance and Special Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
+ Demonstrated experience with electrical systems design and/or integration in a laboratory or test environment.
**Principal Electrical Design Engineer (Level 3)**
+ Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline and 5 years of related professional/military experience; OR a Master's Degree in a STEM discipline and 3 years of related professional/military experience; OR a Ph.D. in a STEM discipline and 1 year of related professional/military experience.

Primary Level Salary Range: $77,200.00 - $15,800.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: 95,300.00 - 142,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. Key Responsibilities – Senior Electrical Engineer:
