**Experience:**
+ 3+ years of experience in email and performance marketing with proven results.
+ Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
+ Hands-on experience with campaign management, reporting, and optimization.
+ Familiarity with the AdTech ecosystem (publisher-side preferred).
+ Industry background in media, news, entertainment, gaming, or app publishers.
+ Exposure to lifecycle marketing as a broader benchmark.
