**JOB PURPOSE:**
The Email Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of our email marketing program. This individual will design and deploy automated lifecycle journeys, manage complex segmentation and testing plans, and use data to drive performance. This role requires hands-on expertise in email platforms, strong experience in personalization and automation, and a deep curiosity for how AI can transform both marketing efficiency and the patient experience. This person will also lead or support ESP migrations and ensure all campaigns are executed flawlessly, on time, and with measurable impact.
**Responsibilities**
**GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Own and manage the full lifecycle of email marketing campaigns-from strategy to execution, including journey design, production, QA, deployment, and reporting
+ Develop and maintain automated lifecycle journeys to support patient engagement, conversion, and retention
+ Define and implement A/B and multivariate testing plans across subject lines, content, audience, send time, and creative
+ Drive personalization strategies that use behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stage to deliver relevant content at scale
+ Lead or support ESP migrations, bringing technical and operational experience to ensure smooth platform transitions
+ Leverage AI-powered tools not only to streamline content production, test design, and operational efficiency, but also to enhance the email experience itself-through real-time content, predictive personalization, and adaptive creative
+ Partner cross-functionally with design, analytics, and legal teams to deliver campaigns that are aligned, compliant, and performance-driven
+ Monitor key performance indicators and deliver insights and optimizations
**Qualifications**
**GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:**
+ 5-6 years of hands-on email marketing experience in B2C or DTC, ideally in healthcare or other regulated industries
+ Demonstrated success owning both strategic planning and in-platform execution for email programs
+ Expertise in designing and optimizing automated customer journeys
+ Strong understanding of A/B and multivariate testing methodology, with a passion for learning through experimentation
+ Experience leading or playing a critical role in ESP migrations (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Listrak, etc.)
+ Familiarity with AI tools used to increase production efficiency, enhance testing workflows, or enable smarter personalization
+ Working knowledge of HTML and dynamic content development
+ Strong attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
+ Collaborative, self-motivated, and energized by building things from the ground up
