**Qualifications**

**Pay Range:**

Position Qualifications
• Masters degree and professional licensure (LSW-with contingency of obtaining LGSW, LCSW, LICSW or LPCC, LPC). (West Virginia only)
• Advanced Degree in a human services discipline with preferred experience in mental health treatment of children with emotional or behavioral disabilities and their families, and possess a valid Mental Health Practitioner's License, i.e. LPCA, LPCC, CSW, LCSW, LPA, LMFT or other board approved licensure capable of providing clinical services (Kentucky only)
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in a human services discipline one (1) year of experience in mental health treatment, with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in mental health treatment of children with emotional or behavioral disabilities and their families (if applicable) and a valid Ohio Mental Health Practitioner's License i.e. BSW, LSW, LPCC or LISW (Ohio only)
• Valid driver's license and required auto insurance coverage
• Must carry professional liability insurance

Licensed Plumber (Independent Contractor) - Flexible Hours
Handyman Connection of Parker is looking for Licensed Plumbers who want well-paid work-without the hassle of marketing, chasing payments, or drowning in paperwork. We take care of the business side so you can focus on your craft.
Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Schedule: Flexible - you set your availability
Service Area: Parker, Douglas County, and the Denver Metro

- Water heater installs/replacements (tank/tankless), re-pipes , and supply/drain/vent projects.
- Code-compliant workmanship with neat, professional finishes and customer education at completion.
- Job documentation (before/after photos, notes, materials used) in our field app.
- Professional communication with customers, office staff, and other trades.
- Active Colorado Journeyman or Master Plumbing License (or local equivalent where required).
- Proficiency in residential plumbing : water supply, drainage/venting, fixture installs, gas line work.
- Tools & reliable work vehicle (truck/van) suitable for service work.
- Smartphone & app comfort (receive dispatches, update work orders, upload photos).
- Insurance (GL $1mm required) .
- Valid driver's license and professionalism/reliability (on-time, clear communication, pride in craftsmanship).
- Eligibility for a background check (we serve homeowners who expect trust and safety).
- Experience with PEX, copper, CPVC, PVC, cast iron, galvanized .
- Water heater diagnostics and tankless experience.
- Light commercial service exposure.
- Ability to read plans and interpret local codes/permit requirements.
- Independent Contractor (1099): You control your schedule; we feed you consistent opportunities.
- Clear scopes before you roll: Work orders with notes/photos to reduce surprises.
- Fast office support: We handle customer comms, schedule shuffles, and payment collection.
- Prompt payouts: Paid per job; details discussed during onboarding.
