**What We Need:**
Studio55-B, the design team that specializes in producing and executing iHeartMedia branded projects, is on the hunt for a Graphic Designer who can turn complex content into captivating presentations. If you live for clean layouts, crisp charts, and designs that tell a story, this role is for you. You'll collaborate daily with our Art Director, project managers, and leadership to bring messaging, data, and visuals together in a way that's both on-brand and unforgettable. **What You'll Do:**
+ Create high-profile design work that helps tell the iHeartMedia story to the financial and investment community; including quarterly earnings decks, investor marketing materials, and roadshow presentations.
+ Gather and organize data from multiple sources, transforming it into visually engaging infographics, graphs, and charts.
+ Leverage expert-level PowerPoint skills to craft, refine, and polish presentation materials.
+ Prepare and package files for final release with accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Collaborate with fellow creatives to ensure visual consistency and alignment with the iHeartMedia brand.
+ Partner closely with team members to tackle large-scale projects and meet tight deadlines together.
**What You'll Need:**

**Job Summary**
A Mid-Level Accessibility Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in embedding inclusive practices within large design teams. Your contributions will go beyond compliance, helping to foster a culture where accessibility is a core value and a practical reality throughout the design system.
**Essential Job Functions**
**Embedding Accessibility in Design System Components**
+ **Audit and enhance components:** Review existing UI components for accessibility, ensuring they meet or exceed standards like WCAG, and suggest improvements for color contrast, focus states, and keyboard navigation.
+ **Document guidelines:** Create clear, actionable documentation within the design system that outlines how and why components are accessible, making it easier for others to implement best practices.

**Basic Qualifications**
+ 3+ years of experience in visual design
+ Portfolio showing accessible design work
**Preferred Skills & Experience**
+ Deep knowledge of accessibility standards including WCAG 2.2 and PDF/UA (PDF/X-UA)
+ Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Illustrator, Figma)
+ Experience remediating and tagging PDFs for screen reader compatibility.
+ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
+ Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
+ Familiarity with **localized content design workflows** and tools
+ Experience conducting accessibility audits and using testing tools (e.g., PAC 2021, Axe, NVDA/JAWS/VoiceOver)

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating/designing, and deploying multi-media content across the Face Place photo booth product line. This position will design exterior decals/signage, software external videos/slideshows, and UI/UX experiences consistent with company directives, programs, and marketing initiatives.
