Rusty Bucket Restaurant And Tavern is seeking a host to join our team! We are a fun, fast, friendly neighborhood tavern. Your role is to make raving fans of our associates, guests, purveyors, partners, and the communities in which we do business. The host controls the seating of guests in the dining room to assure the quality of service, guest satisfaction, and maximize sales opportunities.

- Follows all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines as specified by the restaurant. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.
- Knows emergency procedures in the restaurants.
- Performs all duties and maintains knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook.

- Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM, CFPP), per the Certifying Board for Dietary Managers, the credentialing agency of the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP)
- Skilled in motivating and supervising staff members
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service and quality attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
- Public speaking skills
- Excellent stress management skills, administrative and organizational, and follow-through (with associates and clients) skills required
- Ability to work all shifts as needed
- Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
