* Maintain compliance with all state and federal applicable laws.

* Collaborate with the Workers Compensation Coordinator on Leave and Return to work policies. (FMLA, MLA, ADA)
* Team up with the Workers Compensation Coordinator to manage workers compensation processes at the Marathon City location.
* Partner with the Recruitment Manager and Talent Acquisition team for hiring initiatives for the facility.
* Work directly with the Learning and Development Manager and team for training initiatives for the production staff.
* Work closely with the Benefits Manager for benefit administration at the facility level.
* Promote and maintain positive employee relations.
Qualifications
* Bachelors Degree in HR or a related field is required
* 4-5 years of relatable HR experience in manufacturing, distribution or supply chain
* Experience in employee relations is a must have
* SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is preferred
* Knowledge/experience managing employment laws/legal compliance
* Ability to lead a diverse team of support and professional staff

The Human Resources Manager will be a key business partner to the ITW Graphics IDS business across 7 locations, both domestic and international. This position will be responsible for a wide range of functions including Talent Management and Employee Development, Compensation, Employee Relations, and Company Culture. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Manage comprehensive HR policies, procedures and programs to align with the organizational goals and support a high-performance culture
+ Manages full-cycle talent acquisition process for all non-exempt and exempt roles, from advertising open roles to managing post-offer procedures
+ Manages employee relations situations and investigations with consistency and a sense of urgency
