**Due to the nature of the role, an on-site presence is required and cannot be performed remotely.** The position will follow our 9/80 schedule which allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
The successful candidate is expected to be a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of construction processes including design for ICD705 requirements, budgeting, and scheduling. **Key roles and responsibilities:**

**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree and 8 years, or master's and 6 years' experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and customers and/or project management in other industries
+ 3 years of experience in a Program Management or Program Integration role including planning, executing, and overseeing projects

Primary Level Salary Range: $111,700.00 - $167,500.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. The opportunity

The Ads Infrastructure team at Unity builds and operates the core distributed systems that power one of the largest real time advertising platforms in the world. Our infrastructure underpins every part of Unity Ads, providing the foundation for segmentation, optimization, bidding, and analytics at global scale.

We focus on resilient, scalable, and cost efficient systems. The platform is built on technologies such as Kubernetes, Kafka, Flink, Valkey, and supports the developers, data scientists, and product teams that drive Unity Ads forward.

What you'll be doing

  • Guide the architecture and low level design of distributed systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency

  • Own and operate infrastructure services with the engineering teams, including on call responsibilities and deep debugging of complex issues

  • Drive operational excellence through improved observability, resiliency, and automation

  • Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar through design reviews, code reviews, and engineering best practices

  • Advise leadership on platform direction, long term investment, and adoption of emerging infrastructure technologies

What we're looking for

  • 7 or more years of experience building and operating large scale distributed systems in production

  • Programming experience for backend service and infrastructure development

  • Hands on experience with Kubernetes and cloud native systems in GCP, AWS, or Azure

  • Expertise in distributed infrastructure including traffic management, load balancing, networking, and large scale data processing.

  • Deep understanding of networking, observability, and debugging distributed systems end to end
