- System administration experience with Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 operating systems
- Proven ability to drive transformation regarding business process improvement initiatives for mid to large scale organizations
- Experience integrating with 3rd-party service platforms
- Ability to partner cross-functionally in order to drive complex strategic projects
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work to deadlines successfully managing multiple business-driven initiatives
- Knowledge of Active Directory, including Group Policy creation and management
- Experience in server and desktop virtualization platforms such as VMWare/Hyper-V
- Experience with automated monitoring systems and technologies, with practical knowledge of MS SCOM, and SCCM, Endpoint Manager, and automated patching procedures
- Experience working with outsourced vendors is preferred
Education and Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field required.
- 3+ years of professional experience is required
- 1+ years of experience in cloud and underlying technologies preferred

Salary Range
Alphatec Spine, Inc. complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and compensation depends upon candidate’s qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity. $110,000 to $125,000 Full-Time Annual Salary
