Role Purpose
The Business Solutions Consultant is responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining SaaS solutions on the Creatio platform, in an agile environment working with a cross-functional team. Creatio is a low-code/no-code platform to automate workflows with apps for CRM, Service Management, Marketing Automation and other business use cases. This Consultant will work directly with clients to understand their use case and bring the solution to life. Three or more years of related experience required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attain Creatio Analyst Certification within 60 days of hire and maintain for duration of employment (required)
- Attain Creatio Developer Certification within 120 days of hire and maintain for duration of employment (preferred)
- Configure, customize and enhance Creatio applications
- Plan and support large data migration efforts
- Work with client and internal teams to gather requirements, write user stories and prioritize backlogs
- Design and build Creatio integrations via low-code/no-code tools and Creatio Marketplace applications
- Debug and diagnose failing solutions
- Work collaboratively with team members in an agile environment (i.e. Jira Kanban board, sprint planning etc)
- Train end users and client administrators on implemented solutions
