Position Overview:
As a Mental Health Therapist , you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Director and Counselor Supervisor to provide individual, group, and family therapy while coordinating various clinical mental health services. You will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Therapy Services : Conduct daily individual, group, and/or family counseling sessions with clients.
• Assessment & Treatment Planning : Perform diagnostic assessments and develop personalized treatment plans following state and accreditation standards.
• Clinical Coordination : Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance : Monitor care to ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations, reporting concerns to leadership as needed.
• Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Family & Community Engagement : Maintain communication with families, guardians, and referral sources to support client progress.
• Professional Development : Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality assurance committees to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Licensure : Active or eligible LSW, LPC, or LCSW license in accordance with the Ohio Counseling and Social Work Board.
• Experience (Preferred) : Prior experience working with adolescents, teens, and adults with mental health diagnoses.
• Skills & Traits : Strong clinical skills, non-judgmental attitude, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Compliance: Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen required.

● You’re a fully-licensed Mental Health Therapist at a Master’s level or above with LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S, LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW licensure (accepted on a state by state basis), a valid NPI number, and malpractice insurance.
● You’re ready to launch a private practice, or grow your existing business by taking insurance.
