Role Purpose

The Business Solutions Consultant is responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining SaaS solutions on the Creatio platform, in an agile environment working with a cross-functional team. Creatio is a low-code/no-code platform to automate workflows with apps for CRM, Service Management, Marketing Automation and other business use cases. This Consultant will work directly with clients to understand their use case and bring the solution to life. Three or more years of related experience required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Attain Creatio Analyst Certification within 60 days of hire and maintain for duration of employment (required)
  • Attain Creatio Developer Certification within 120 days of hire and maintain for duration of employment (preferred)
  • Configure, customize and enhance Creatio applications
  • Plan and support large data migration efforts
  • Work with client and internal teams to gather requirements, write user stories and prioritize backlogs
  • Design and build Creatio integrations via low-code/no-code tools and Creatio Marketplace applications
  • Debug and diagnose failing solutions
  • Work collaboratively with team members in an agile environment (i.e. Jira Kanban board, sprint planning etc)

Description

As a System Integration Lead you will work with Hardware, Software, Operations and various other multi-functional teams to define, schedule, track, and communicate the status of software features and work with other groups and executive management. The team has responsibilities spanning all aspects of product bring-up and test.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritization the development of drivers, applications, protocols, frameworks, and command line utilities for validation of hardware internally and in manufacturing

  • Supporting bring up of new SoCs, chipsets, sensors, and products

  • Enabling test strategies for new components in upcoming products

  • Supporting new product development builds locally and remotely

  • First level of triage for test and software issues

  • Hands on debugging or coordination of multi-functional debug, as appropriate

  • Drive issues, track tasks, and evaluate priorities every day

  • Driving and enabling process improvements

  • Communicate status to the executive management on a regular basis

  • Travel to prototype hardware manufacturing builds

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/MS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering and/or relevant work experience

  • 5+ years experience in engineering

  • 3+ years experience in program management

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $181,100 and $318,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
