  • Perform post-award contract and administration to include:

o    Serving as a business advisory to the operations team,

o    Supporting the full life cycle of the contracts process for close out,

o    Initiating and negotiating any discrepancies, issues, and claims,

o    Administering existing agreements through close-out.

  • Perform risk assessment reviews of contracts/subcontracts to ensure proactive preparation for close out after each option period and after physical completion
  • Assist in planning and scheduling contract and regulatory compliance activities, including internal and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA, and other independent agencies)
  • Provide prompt recommendations to resolution of contractual/sub-contractual issues, including regulatory compliance issues
  • Research and analyze historical data, contractual issues and coordinate resolution with partners and engagement teams
  • Ensure compliance with government regulatory requirements such as FAR, DFAR, as well as, company policies and procedures and disclosure statements with regard to agreement preparation, review, submission, negotiation, management and close-out
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Must have a good knowledge of Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
  • BA/BS in a related field
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Compensation:

Compensation at SimVentions is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, education, training, security clearance, work location, skills, knowledge, and competencies, as well as alignment with our corporate compensation plan and contract specific requirements.

The projected annual compensation range for this position is $66,000 - $80,000 (USD). This estimate reflects the standard salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package that SimVentions offers.

Responsibilities:
  • Primary focus will be contract/subcontract closeout compliance.  Including review of Federal Government requirements, development of compliance matrix, prepare and organize closeout action to comply with FAR and DFARS requirements, coordinate with Operations, Finance, Program Control as well as other SimVentions Corporate Services teams, serve as the liaison between SimVentions and the Federal Government to ensure complete and timely submission of closeouts
  • Provide feedback to the operations teams in a timely manner as required for closeout purposes
  • Perform post-award contract and administration to include:

o    Serving as a business advisory to the operations team,

o    Supporting the full life cycle of the contracts process for close out,

o    Initiating and negotiating any discrepancies, issues, and claims,

o    Administering existing agreements through close-out.

  • Perform risk assessment reviews of contracts/subcontracts to ensure proactive preparation for close out after each option period and after physical completion
  • Assist in planning and scheduling contract and regulatory compliance activities, including internal and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA, and other independent agencies)
  • Provide prompt recommendations to resolution of contractual/sub-contractual issues, including regulatory compliance issues
  • Research and analyze historical data, contractual issues and coordinate resolution with partners and engagement teams
  • Ensure compliance with government regulatory requirements such as FAR, DFAR, as well as, company policies and procedures and disclosure statements with regard to agreement preparation, review, submission, negotiation, management and close-out
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Must have a good knowledge of Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
  • BA/BS in a related field
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Compensation:

Compensation at SimVentions is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, education, training, security clearance, work location, skills, knowledge, and competencies, as well as alignment with our corporate compensation plan and contract specific requirements.

The projected annual compensation range for this position is $66,000 - $80,000 (USD). This estimate reflects the standard salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package that SimVentions offers.
