Job Summary
The Partnership Associate will play a vital role in sourcing, negotiating, managing, and maximizing the execution and performance of sponsorships across sports and entertainment. This role will report directly to the Senior Partnership Manager and work alongside other cross-functional team members to support and scale our national and regional partnership portfolio. You'll play a key role in executing partnership strategies, bringing fresh ideas, and ensuring our sponsorships drive measurable impact at both the brand and distributor levels.
You will support the oversight of our partnership initiatives within the annual marketing plan and budget framework. This includes managing relationships and driving opportunities both inside venues (through sales volume and signage) and outside venues (via social media, point of sale, and retail programming) to build awareness and increase velocity. You'll collaborate internally with sales, marketing, operations, and finance and externally with distributors, venue partners, concessionaires, and managers to align our business goals and achieve maximum success.

- Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities in alignment with our strategic objectives.
- Analyze the competitive sets across venues to identify opportunities for our product to exist successfully.

Required Qualifications:

Compensation

+ Support the sales team by providing technical input and subject matter expertise on partner-enabled solutions.
+ Deliver compelling product and software demonstrations to partners, consultants, and prospective clients.
+ Serve as a technical translator between engineering, product, and commercial teams.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Liaise with internal product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure partnerships are positioned for mutual success.
+ Act as a connector between business development efforts and technical execution.
**Qualifications**
+ 5+ years of experience in water/wastewater technology, engineering, business development, or a related field.
+ Strong technical understanding of water infrastructure
+ Experience working with or selling digital water technologies, including software platforms and data analytics.
+ Demonstrated success in managing external partnerships and strategic relationships.
+ Comfortable delivering software demonstrations to technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and commercial teams.
+ Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Prior experience at a water utility, engineering consulting firm, or water technology company.
+ Familiarity with SCADA, GIS, AMI/AMR, CMMS, or other water-related digital platforms.
+ Ability to travel up to 50% for partner engagement and industry events.

The estimated salary range for this position is $125,000 to $150,000 plus bonus?Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range?
