The Senior Manager, PfizerWorld Editor-in-Chief is responsible for helping to shape and execute the company's internal communication strategy for PfizerWorld, Pfizer's global intranet site, and other internal channels (e.g., Viva Engage, Teams) to deliver engaging, innovative, and essential information to colleagues globally. In this role, you will:
Active Outreach and Consultation:
+ Conduct ongoing outreach to stakeholders across the organization to understand communications needs, promote adoption and gather feedback to continuously improve the digital colleague experience.
+ Ensures content governance, measurement and innovation across platforms to optimize reach, relevance and impact.
Content Strategy and Innovation:
+ Develop and implement a dynamic content strategy that aligns with company goals and drives colleague engagement.
+ Explore and integrate new and innovative content tools such as videos, podcasts, interactive polls, and user-generated content.
+ Stay informed about internal communication trends and best practices, identifying and piloting new technologies to enhance the intranet experience.
Editorial Leadership and Governance:
+ Oversee all aspects of the intranet's editorial process, including content planning, creation, editing, and publishing.

+ Develop and implement content governance policies, workflows, and procedures for content creation, approval, and archiving.
+ Collaborate with content creators and owners across the organization to align contributions with editorial standards and strategy.

+ Collaborate with the Colleague Communications and Engagement team to design and implement initiatives to encourage colleague interaction across digital channels, collaboration, and knowledge sharing, utilizing forums, discussion boards, and colleague spotlights.
+ Promote a social intranet experience that fosters connections and a sense of community among colleagues across teams and locations.
+ Partner with People Experience to recognize colleague achievements and milestones, boosting morale and engagement through the intranet platform.
Analytics and Optimization:
+ Work closely with the Digital team to enhance existing intranet analytics tools to track KPIs such as content engagement, user adoption, search effectiveness, and colleague satisfaction.
+ Leverage data insights to continuously refine content strategy and platform features, ensuring ongoing relevance and value for colleagues.
**Here Is What You Need** (Minimum Requirements)
+ BA/BS with 6+ years of experience or MBA/MS with 5+ years of experience in internal communications, digital communications or colleague communications
+ Proven experience leading intranet strategy, editorial leadership, and internal communications, ideally within a large, complex organization.
+ Demonstrated ability to generate and implement innovative ideas that drive employee engagement and platform adoption.
+ Strong understanding of intranet best practices, design principles, and relevant technologies, including AI integration and mobile accessibility.
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage contributors.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,800.00 to $201,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Job Summary:

This position is critical for the implementation, documentation, and review of Trillium Farms' food safety and quality assurance plans and procedures.

Essential Job Functions:

• Ensure that all products meet or exceed USDA, company, and customer specifications.
• Monitor and verify compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as internal food safety and quality procedures.
• Perform daily monitoring and testing of wash water, rinse water, pH, employee hygiene, cooler temperatures, and other critical control points.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of quality control activities.
• Maintain all test instruments and supplies in proper working condition.
• Perform pre-operational sanitation inspections to ensure equipment is clean before processing begins.
• Conduct ATP swabbing procedures to verify equipment cleanliness prior to processing.
• Sample and inspect liquid egg products for safety and quality assurance.
• Inspect tankers before loading to ensure they meet sanitary standards.
• Perform microbiological testing of liquid egg product samples.
• Monitor and ensure sanitary conditions are maintained during processing.
• Oversee and ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are being followed.

• Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control in a food manufacturing environment. HACCP certification is strongly preferred.
• Tools/Software Proficiency: Proficiency in maintaining logs, using test instruments, and possibly utilizing simple computer programs for reporting.

Required Qualifications:

• Food safety or quality assurance experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) certification preferred.

Our client, an innovative leader in the Industrial sector, is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be part of the quality control department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician

Location: Turtle Lake, WI

What's the Job?

• Set up test equipment according to documented procedures and manage instrument test parameters.

• Conduct various tests on parts, including break tests and tensile tests, while exporting data into a database.

• Perform dimensional, functional, performance, and visual inspections during the Production Part Approval Process.

• Adhere to company procedures, rules, and policies while attending required training sessions.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, communicate effectively with personnel across departments, and keep accurate records.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; a 2-year Technical Degree in Quality or a related field is desired.

• Experience with force gauges, test fixtures, and inspection equipment such as calipers and micrometers.

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and CAD models.

• Strong computer skills with experience in MS Office and Google Suite.

• Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and twisting.
