This role will support a number of product functions, but primarily focused on product financial performance evaluation, business case development to assess new product opportunities, and quantitative evaluation of clinical program outcomes using Rx and medical claims data. You will champion the value of the Product to CVS by partnering closely with Finance to monitor and find opportunities to improve the Product's financial performance. You will develop and own business cases to support new product opportunities for growth and profitability. You will ensure the Product is delivering clinical value by diving into data and developing quantitative evaluation approaches to demonstrate program outcomes as well as surfacing program improvement opportunities.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
+ Owning Product financial models and business cases, ensuring Product is meeting financial performance goals and is aligned with latest Product assumptions
+ Independently developing and driving product clinical outcome evaluation strategies, directing quantitative analyses across Product and Data Science teams to continuously evaluate and optimize clinical program outcomes for members and clients, using claims and other program outcomes data
+ Championing the client value story to the market by staying on top of the competitive landscape and working with market-facing teams on positioning the CVS Weight Management program as the leader in weight loss and anti-obesity medication management outcomes, including keeping an active library of program outcomes data to support positioning
+ Owning the client-facing program value story and working closely with Reporting to ensure all client reporting clearly articulates maximum program value
+ Driving the development and management of quantitative tools used to project program value for new clients
_Capabilities:_
The ideal candidate is a strategic and quantitative individual who can operate with a big-picture strategy mindset to identify the critical questions and then structure and drive analyses to pull clear insights from complex data sets. They also have demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and business case development. They should be able to demonstrate:
+ A proficiency in both independently conducting quantitative analyses as well as structuring analyses efforts for Data Science and Product teams to evaluate a care management program's clinical outcomes and to bring compelling outcomes data to the market
+ Strategic mindset and ability to identify the critical questions that define program success and competitiveness in the market, and ability to drive analyses to answer these questions
+ Strong proficiency in business case modeling and financial modeling; understanding of financial statements
+ Experience with market and competitor landscape analysis, and opportunity sizing and evaluation
+ Understanding and / or experience with care management programs and familiarity with Rx and medical claims
+ High attention to detail and ability to proactively identify and address risks and issues
+ Comfort with uncertainty
+ A willingness to 'get your hands' dirty and work with multiple teams to solve issues related to program outcomes or client-level program savings modeling
+ Structured and logical thinking with the ability to identify and define business problems and issues
+ Powerful communication with the ability to succinctly convey complex requirements to a diverse range of constituents, both technical/development teams and business stakeholders
+ Highly developed project management skills
+ Fluency with common analytics and communications software - primarily Excel and PowerPoint (Tableau experience is a plus)
+ Relationship-building skills and the ability to foster effective working relations across a cross-functional team including functional and divisional leaders

_Trav_ _el will be required up to 10%. This role is ideally targeting a base salary of $130,000 - $50,000/year._
_Required Qualifications:_
+ 3-5 years experience with financial modeling and conducting and driving quantitative analyses; understanding of financial statements.
+ 3-5 years of experience in product design or product management, product strategy, or consulting.
+ Experience within the Healthcare industry required.
+ Experience working in a Product organization in a matrixed organization, including working with multiple functional areas such as Product, Commercialization, Clinical, Finance, Sales
_Preferred Qualifications:_
+ Advanced degree in a business-related field
+ Experience working in pharmacy benefit and / or health insurance industries
+ Direct experience with analyses of Rx and / or medical claims
+ Care management experience

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
82,940.00 - 182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
