Responsable de comunicar las ventajas de los servicios y productos de la compañía para impulsar las ventas. Es el punto de contacto entre la empresa y sus clientes potenciales. Es responsable de identificar, educar y desarrollar a los clientes en alineación con las metas y objetivos de la empresa.

Planificar una agenda de visitas diaria a clientes potenciales y existentes.


Presentar los servicios y productos de la empresa, con énfasis en marcas propias y productos nuevos.


Creación del plan de trabajo en coordinación con el gerente y/o supervisor de venta.


Atender, cotizar, obtener pedidos, completar órdenes de venta, revisar y dar seguimiento al cliente.


Abrir cuentas nuevas y mantener activos cincuenta o más (50+) clientes de manera mensual.


Cobro de facturas dentro de los términos otorgados por la empresa.


Mantener las cuentas por cobrar saludables y corrientes.


Coordinar demostraciones de productos y servicios (muestras).


Monitorear diariamente sus KPI’S.

Revisar reportes diarios tales como: entregas, faltantes, ventas, devoluciones, concursos, entre otros.


Someter la documentación necesaria para crear y mantener vigente los expedientes de los clientes. Tales como; registro de comerciante, identificación con foto, no tarjeta electoral, dirección física/postal, certificado de manufactura, entre otros.


Realizar otras tareas y responsabilidades relacionadas según le asignen o requieran.

The Ticket Seller under direct supervision, processes single ticket sales, exchanges and tax credits at the facility's box office. Job Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: starting $18.00 per hour. The pay scale shown is the range that we reasonably expect to pay. Actual compensation offered may be adjusted based on a candidate's qualifications and/or experience.

What This Role Will Do

Financial / Cash Handling

  • Ensure compliance of clubs & theaters cash handling policies and procedures
  • Balancing and reconciling daily/nightly ticket sales
  • Assist manager/supervisor in reconciliation of cash drawers and ticket stock
  • Assist manager/supervisor on pricing initiatives such as: progressive, platinum, dynamic, flex pricing as well as value channels & special ticket offers when applicable
  • Assist manager/supervisor in distributing accurate daily ticket counts to artist representatives
  • Assisting manager & supervisor with internal ticket orders and reports
  • Work with premium seat sales/vip on any nightly upgrades, primary inventory, reports etc.

Customer Service

  • Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Facilitate night of show will call & guest list operations
  • Troubleshooting night of show issues (transfers, barcodes, account issues, etc.)
  • Work with guest services/operations on any ADA requirements
  • Providing knowledge of upcoming events & upgrades available
  • Knowledgeable on the events culture and genre
  • Providing positive energy

Other Responsibilities

  • Daily operations on Ticketmaster host system for sales and other tasks.
  • Following opening and closing shift procedures
  • Follow standards and processes for ticket types, ancillary events and qualifiers
  • Maintain call center phone system, and keep current all phone menus and calendars of events
  • Assist in maintaining box office cleanliness
  • Follow dress code policy business casual
  • Updating and modifying spreadsheets as needed (ticket stock log, vault log, etc.)
  • Collecting, storing and tracking lost & found as necessary
  • Assist manager & supervisor in any tasks as they arise
  • Position may require 3rd party venue coverage offsite which will include night of show management, staffing and providing equipment needs.
  • Ensure compliance with ADA ticket laws
What This Person Will Bring

Required:

  • Knowledge of cash handling
  • Knowledge of phone & in person customer service
  • Entry level knowledge of Microsoft applications (outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Flexible schedule (days/nights, weekends and holidays)

Part-Time Ticket Seller

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities has an excellent and immediate opening for a Part-Time Ticket Seller at Laborde Earles Coliseum. We are seeking a unique Part-Time (As Needed) Ticket Seller person to join our Box Office team. The Ticket Seller under direct supervision, processes single ticket sales, exchanges and tax credits at the facility's box office. Also, acts as liaison between the facility and clients, ensuring all clients' requirements are met and facility rules, regulations and policies are adhered to.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Process single ticket sales at the box office and assist with group sales when requested.
  • Answer questions concerning admission fees, fares, schedules, reservations, coming attractions and ticket policies.
  • Exchange tickets and process tax credits for box office patrons.
  • Balance all applicable transactions for the date of service and complete all necessary reports before departure.
  • Open cash and all monies, checks, vouchers, coupons, or credit cards received during daily sales.
  • Keep daily balance sheet of cash received and tickets sold in the form of a sales report.
  • Maintain a daily audit of all ticketed events.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
