Join PDS Tech Commercial as a **Structures Technician** , performing advanced structural repairs, modifications, and inspections on corporate aircraft. Job Summary

Newport News Shipbuilding, a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries, is seeking qualified welders, with **1+ years of hands on WELDING work experience** .

Operate plasma cutting machine manually by performing the following duties.
What you will be responsible for:
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Ability to cut metal plates and structural shapes to dimensions, contour, and bevel specified by blueprints, layout, work orders, and templates; lift, position, and clamp metal stock onto bed of machine.
- Ability to position work pieces manually or by using overhead or jib cranes.
- Ability to select and install Plasma tips and compute gas pressure and mixture, and speed of cut, according to type and thickness of metal, data charts, or record of previous cuts.

The Role
Plans and performs a variety of machine operations utilizing numerical control machining centers to cut to length, punch marking or punch hole on metal work pieces to specifications by performing the following duties.
What you will be responsible for:
- Ability to set up and operate CNC, machine program or machine control monitoring screen to perform various machine functions such as cutting and punching.
- Determine and select machine procedures, tooling requirements, and control settings.
- Mount, align, and secure tooling attachments; assemble cutting or punching tools in tool holders and position tool holders.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, material planning sheets, sketches, or related technical data to calculate and create cutting and punching programs following blueprints with minimal material usage.
- Occasionally able to load control media such as tape, card, or disk, in machine controller or enters commands to retrieve preprogrammed instructions from database.
- Ability to start machine, monitor displays, as well as machine operation to detect malfunctions; observe and listen to machine operation to detect malfunctions such as worn or damaged cutting tools or punching.
- Adjust machine feed and speed and change cutters to machine parts according to specifications when automatic programming is faulty or machine malfunctions.
- Ability to identify correct material use as per Bill of Material (BOM).
- Must be able to measure work piece for conformance to blueprint specifications or industrial standard specifications.
- Stop machine to change cutting tools and setup according to required machining sequence or to measure parts for conformance to blueprint specifications; enter commands or manually adjust machine controls to correct malfunctions; operate machine manually to perform no automated functions and when automatic programming is faulty or machine malfunctions.
- Notify supervisor of discrepancies. Discuss control media errors with supervisor or programming personnel to resolve problems.
- Clean machine, tooling, and parts; perform some basic machine repair and maintenance.
- Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on–site, ability to work overtime.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, ability to interchange with others in the department to get the assignment done on time.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to directly supervise up to 10 to 20 non-exempt employees.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Kelvion Inc., Thermal Solutions’ policies, procedures and applicable laws
- Must demonstrate and exhibit professional qualities when speaking with employees, whether in a one-on-one scenario or a group setting.
- Responsibilities, as assigned by the Department Manager, will include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

GENERAL FUNCTION:
The ABL Operations Structure Admin is responsible for developing the structure of ABL and Commercial monitored credit agreements (new and amended) and inputting same into the collateral and loan monitoring system; processing, monitoring, and reconciling system interfaces between the ABL system and the bank's core system, identifying and resolving issues.
The role is responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Identifies all facility structure details from the loan documentation and credit approvals to be on-boarded to the Department's collateral and loan monitoring system.
+ Reviews the draft loan documents and credit approvals to ensure that the loan documents agree with the approval. Shares any discrepancies with the relationship officer and/or underwriter to ensure that the final documents allow the deal to function as anticipated within the system.
+ On-boards all structural components of the credit agreement to the Department's collateral and loan monitoring system for new funding's and amendments.
+ Identifies and resolves discrepancies between the Department's system and the bank's core system with regards to interest and fee accruals, amortization payments, commitment amounts, maturity dates, etc.
+ Collaborates with various bank personnel to maintain a cohesive, accurate and efficient flow of information with regards to new funding's and amendments. Escalates issues and ensures satisfactory resolution of all exceptions noted during the documentation review process.
+ Processes month-end updates of the Department's collateral and loan monitoring system. Generates accurate interest statements and interfaces files to post interest, fees, and amortization payments to the bank's core system. Monitors and escalates system irregularities to proper personnel and coordinates satisfactory fixes/resolutions.
+ Processes and reconciles daily system interfaces between the Department's system and the bank's system.
+ Completes daily reconciliations of outstanding note balances and interest accruals in the Department's system to the bank's system. Identifies, reviews, and assists in resolving discrepancies.
+ Assists Collateral Analysts in reconciling client interest and fee issues. Provides support in system structures and functionality to internal customers.
+ Other duties may be assigned.
+ Understands and complies with all Bank policies and procedures, and federal and state laws and regulations pertinent to this position; stays informed and shares updates on changes with management. Required to successfully complete all required Compliance training.
+ Continuously supports the Bank's Mission Statement and Core Values.
+ Maintain written department Policies and Procedures Manual.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university in Accounting or related field with at least 2 accounting-related courses; and seven or more years of Loan Operations experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Seven or more years of Asset Based and Commercial Lending operations experience is preferred.
+ Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents and credit approvals. Ability to write business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
+ Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific
+ To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced knowledge of Excel spreadsheet software, and working knowledge of Word. Experience with Stucky NT/ABL or similar collateral and loan monitoring system preferred. Familiarity with commercial loan and deposit systems is also preferred.
