Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required to build and mentor a recruitment team (if applicable) and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. You should be adept at utilizing data to inform talent acquisition strategies and identify areas for improvement. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
