+ Administrative: Carry out tech/rep duties in accordance with safety company policies and collective bargaining agreements. Compile management reports and assist with OSHA recordkeeping requirements. Administer the emergency response procedures for job site location.

**POSITION SUMMARY**

+ You'll assist with the development of training materials and coordinate and facilitate employee training as necessary.
+ You'll use your experience to train less-experienced safety employees as needed.
+ We'll rely on your independent judgement and your ability to make decisions with respect to day to day job duties and you'll consult with your manager on decisions that significantly impact the company.

Facilitate safety committees and employee engagement initiatives to build a strong safety culture. Environmental Stewardship Monitor environmental compliance, including waste management, emissions, and sustainability initiatives. Support corporate sustainability goals and reporting requirements. Continuous Improvement Analyze EHS performance metrics and drive initiatives to achieve year-over-year improvements. Stay current with regulatory changes, industry best practices, and emerging technologies. Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with EHS management systems a plus. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field (preferred). 1-3 years in EHS roles within manufacturing or industrial environments.
