The Safety Compliance Coordinator is responsible for advising on, managing, and performing administrative or program work related to environmental protection and workplace safety. • Education:

Position Summary

**Job Summary**
The Regional Safety Manager (RSM) is a key member of the regional leadership team and will serve as the primary driver of food safety and occupational safety programs across multiple accounts. The RSM will work to reduce workplace injuries, improve food safety compliance, and build a proactive safety culture. Our client, a leader in the aviation sector, is seeking a meticulous and experienced Aviation Safety Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to all national and international aviation regulations. This critical role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust safety management system (SMS) that upholds the highest standards of flight safety and operational integrity.

The Aviation Safety Compliance Manager will oversee all aspects of regulatory compliance, including FAA, EASA, and other relevant aviation authority requirements. Responsibilities include conducting regular safety audits and inspections, investigating incidents and accidents, and developing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. You will be instrumental in developing and delivering safety training programs to all personnel involved in flight operations, maintenance, and ground handling.

You will be responsible for maintaining all safety-related documentation, records, and databases, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and readily available for inspection. Staying informed about changes in aviation regulations and best practices, and proactively updating company policies and procedures accordingly, is a key function of this role. The manager will also serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies regarding safety matters.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Science, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified Aviation Safety Officer - CASO) are highly desirable. A minimum of 7 years of experience in aviation safety, compliance, or operations, with a strong understanding of safety management systems and regulatory frameworks, is required. Demonstrated experience in conducting safety investigations and implementing corrective actions is essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are paramount. The ability to work independently and lead safety initiatives effectively is crucial.
