**What you'll do:**
The CI/OPEX leader is fully responsible for leading Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence for the Commercial Products & Assemblies division within the Electrical Sector and reports directly to the Director of Operations. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
**Process Excellence**
+ Lead internal operating system (Eaton Business Systems), Operational Assessment (OpA) Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) roadmap and strategy for the division.
+ Ensure the development and implementation of an effective Management Operating System to align and support performance management and effective escalation.
+ Partner with factories to develop and deploy operational efficiency tools that will help drive productivity and simplify our manufacturing process.
+ Design and standardizes factory dashboards and KPI's to match business and factory needs.
+ Coordinates Operating System deployment and continuous improvement training.
+ Continuously improve and document operations processes through implementation of lean, six sigma tools, best practices, experiences, etc.
**Operations**
+ Lead Productivity and continuous improvement mgmt. operating system and project pipeline generation process in strong partnership with factories, regional operations and business functions.
+ Manage planning, facilitation and completion of continuous improvement events calendar and transition projects to support YoY cost productivity in line with business objectives.
+ Defines and deploys standardization initiatives, benchmarking and operational compliance standards.
+ Use Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing principles to implement corrective and improvement actions for operational issues.
**Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
+ Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations, manufacturing or industrial engineering
+ Experience leading people by influence and across multiple locations
+ Successful implementation of cost savings initiatives and processes

- Strong change management skills and demonstrated experience changing a culture to a Lean environment.
- Experience successfully leading and directing employees who are not direct reports.
- Experience in being a change agent leading complex transformational activities.
- Significant experience in implementing complex Lean principles as they apply to multiple manufacturing operations.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead KWS Implementation – Champion the Phase Progression Campaign and coach KWS Center of Excellence (COE) leaders and members to drive continuous improvement across the plant.
- Drive Strategic Cost Savings – Lead cost ideation and diagnostics, execute high-value projects (SMED, ZLA, 6W2H, Why-Why), and support standard work efforts and budgeting.
- Champion Safety and Compliance – Act as a technical resource and advocate for safety, ensuring alignment with corporate KWS standards and regional directors.
- Optimize Operational Efficiency – Identify and eliminate sources of loss, improve OEE, and benchmark best practices across the organization.

We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical/business field
- Experience in Total Predictive Maintenance (TPM) and/or Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, KWS, IWS, or HPO
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation
The annual salary range is $115,400 - $151,410, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
