+ Partner with Product Managers and internal stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights to drive product decisions.

+ Handle ad hoc data requests efficiently, delivering quick-turn, accurate analyses that inform immediate business questions.
+ Design and maintain analytical frameworks, dashboards, and reports to visualize key insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Utilize R scripting (and Python, if applicable) to automate data cleaning, transformation, and visualization processes.
+ Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets from multiple sources.

+ Present findings and recommendations clearly, translating data into compelling narratives that support business objectives.
Qualifications
+ 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Research Analyst, ideally within a large or complex organization.
+ Proficiency in R for scripting, modeling, and visualization.
+ Strong working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and transformation.
+ Experience with Python (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, etc.) is highly preferred.
+ Demonstrated ability to conduct longitudinal data analysis and track trends over time.
+ Solid grounding in statistical theory, research design, and data methodology.
+ Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus.
+ Excellent soft skills-able to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and collaborate effectively across departments.
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
