Job Description

The Business Analyst, Supply Chain & Order Fulfillment will work closely with business stakeholders to understand current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. They will elicit and document detailed requirements and collaborate with development teams for implementation.
This exciting role will primarily focus on Operational Excellence within Sensata. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining business requirements, functional design specifications, developing and executing test cases, and solving problems. They will also support continuous improvements across the business, as well as participate in, lead, or author investigations and root cause analysis for issues of non-compliance across cross-functional teams.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $85,500-110,100 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.

**POSITION SUMMARY:**
The Sales Order Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient processing of sales orders, timely billing, and effective communication across departments. Billing

+ Submitting invoices into Cruise Ship online portals
Maintain shared email inbox and respond to emails within service level agreements
**Collaboration and Continuous Improvement**
+ Works collaboratively with internal and external partners (such as inventory coordinators, 3rd Party Warehouses, etc.) to ensure fulfillment of orders.
+ Contributes to the continuous improvement of the Order Fulfillment process in collaboration with the Center of Competence (CoC).
**REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:**

**EXPERIENCE:**
