Were hiring a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate for our distribution center in Columbia, MO and were looking for someone whos ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. This position is fully remote. The Warehouse Fulfillment Associates are under the direction of the GM Fulfillment Center and or Center Supervisor. The fulfillment associate will be responsible for picking / packing customer orders, building kits, offloading delivery trucks, in addition to other tasks assigned throughout the normal course of a business day. In addition the expectation is to always follow company policies pertaining to warehouse SOPs in addition to all safety policies and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities
Perform duties in support of activities related to the picking, packing & shipping of internal and external orders with 100% accuracy.
Responsible for the loading and unloading of trucks throughout the day as needed. Could be requested to count product being received and or shipped to ensure 100% accuracy.
Adhere to all safety guidelines when working throughout the warehouse, operating equipment, etc. This includes wearing safety vests, protective eye wear if required, protective shoes, etc.
Follow all SOP and work instruction guidelines as always trained. These processes are designed with the goal of best practices across the Supply Chain. At any point you feel an adjustment should be considered please bring it to your supervisor.
Attend daily pre-shift meetings to understand and be informed of internal communications, daily expectations and goals, review of previous days, weeks, months KPIs, as well as safety topics and reminders.
Understand specific pre-shift and end of shift responsibilities such as area prep, area clean up, proper machinery shutdown, or proper charging of forklifts, scanners or other tools that are used in normal daily activities.
Participate in cross functional projects to develop a best-in-class supply chain operation, as assigned.
Upon completion of training program please make sure that you ask any questions you may have so we can re-train as needed or provide addition oversight as needed.
Comply with company SOPs regarding fulfillment practices to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and compliant shipment of internal and external orders.
Ensures department activities are compliant with all Company processes and requirements, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulatory requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned

Ability to load / unload trucks as required.

Your Role
As a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in a fast-paced pharmacy production line, working diligently to ensure the efficient processing and shipping of prescription orders. This position is based in Irving, TX, and typically requires a 40-hour workweek with occasional overtime. You will work Sunday through Thursday, either on 1st shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM or on 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
Main Responsibilities
- Adhere to and promote all safety and security procedures within the pharmacy.
- Assist in preparing prescription orders for delivery, focusing on support tasks that enhance smooth operations.
- Operate automated production lines, maintain packages, sort orders, and ensure accurate manifesting.

Job Description
As a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate, you will play a vital role in our operations by accurately transporting incoming merchandise to designated locations within our warehouse. You will utilize technology to maintain inventory accuracy and facilitate the efficient movement of goods. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have a teamwork mindset. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Fulfillment Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Implement loss prevention strategies and promptly report any discrepancies to your supervisor.
- Utilize Order Management System (OMS) software proficiently.
- Ensure inventory control accuracy by following proper receiving procedures and reporting any issues.
- Process purchase orders (PO), including examining incoming merchandise, mis-mate inspections, tagging, and accurately placing items in their designated locations.
- Ensure precise placement of incoming merchandise at the proper warehouse locations.
- Manage merchandise transfer activities both in and out of the OMS and between internal storage sites.
- Oversee returns of defective and unordered merchandise to vendors for credit, replacement, or reimbursement.
- Provide timely and accurate inventory reports as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Foster a professional and respectful relationship with all colleagues.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Understand and comply with all company policies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- At least three (3) months experience in a warehouse environment, or equivalent training, education, or experience.
- Basic math skills, proficient in counting, adding, and subtracting accurately.
- Able to read labels, tickets, and other merchandise documentation efficiently.
- Recognize colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKU information.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, or as part of a team.
- Comfortable using computer systems or handheld devices after initial training.
- Proficient in understanding, speaking, and reading English to follow safety and operational procedures.
- Reliably punctual and able to remain focused throughout shifts.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including 8 and/or 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays, with the capacity for overtime.
- Capable of performing in a non-climate controlled environment with temperature variations.
- Physically able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs regularly during your shift.
- Frequent raising and lowering of objects throughout the shift is required.
- Full mobility to walk, stand, reach, pull, push, and bend continuously.
- Able to climb stairs and vertical ladders up to 10 ft.

In this role, you'll handle daily operations for order fulfillment, receiving, shipping, and inventory management. You'll pick and pack orders, manage inbound and outbound shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and provide hands-on production support as needed. Flexibility is essential because daily tasks will vary based on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations:

Pick and pack orders following FIFO (First In, First Out) guidelines.

Receive inbound materials, verify against packing slips, and coordinate dock appointments.

Generate Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and shipping labels.

Conduct routine cycle counts and assist in physical inventory checks.

Stage materials for production and internal transfers.

Load and unload materials and finished goods safely.
Production Support (as needed):
