**Job Description**
This role involves operating and maintaining our green coffee silo system equipment to enhance the roasting process. The position supports all aspects of the roasting department with a focus on green coffee receiving, loading, and staging. It requires maintaining the work area in accordance with established good manufacturing housekeeping practices and safety guidelines.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate green bean receiving, loading, and staging systems to support the roasting team.
+ Assist the roasting team with startup and shutdown procedures of all equipment.
+ Operate forklifts to unload trucks and move equipment and supplies.
+ Participate in quality control programs and tasks.
+ Perform inventory accounting and data entry using software such as MPE, Excel, and Google Docs.
+ Conduct preventive maintenance and cleaning tasks for all green coffee systems and roasting-related equipment.
+ Ensure daily documented cleaning of machinery and work area following GMP standards.
+ Report maintenance issues to the supervisor.
+ Ensure compliance with HACCP, Cal/OSHA, FSMA, and all food and worker safety processes and regulations.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1-2 years of experience working in an industrial setting.

**Qualifications**
+ Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
+ Successful completion of an advanced education program in endodontics accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation of the ADA required.
