Restock bar supplies such as liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, mixers, ice, glassware, napkins, and straws.
Prepare the bar for service by setting up stations, organizing tools, and ensuring cleanliness.
Clean and sanitize bar surfaces, tools, and equipment throughout the shift and during closing.
Empty trash bins, change kegs, and remove empty bottles and boxes to keep the workspace safe and uncluttered.
Assist with inventory counts and deliveries, ensuring items are correctly received and stored.
Support bartenders during busy periods by running drinks, retrieving ingredients, or bussing bar seating areas.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverage items.
Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage preferred, but not required.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
Team player mentality with excellent communication skills.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Basic knowledge of spirits and bar tools is a plus.

Qualifications:
The qualifications required for this position include:
- NREMT (National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians) or current state license (or pending).

- Possess a valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record and must be able to safely operate a vehicle in various conditions, including daytime, nighttime and inclement weather.
