- Prepara de forma detallada y organizada los cuadres diarios con sus respectivas anotaciones y copias de las hojas de depósito, copias de cheques, copias de recibo de tarjetas, copias de créditos autorizados por los gerentes, reporte de AGRI en CDK u otro programa asignado en la empresa y hojas de cuadres.
- Prepara hoja de conduce para reclamos de créditos relacionados a tablillas
- Maneja información sensitiva de clientes y la empresa
- Debe mantenerse informado/a de nuevos productos y servicios ofrecidos, sus características, valor y cualquier cambio en precio o promociones.
- Responsable de hacer el digitalizado de cuadres diarios, una vez revisados por el Departamento de Contabilidad
- Mantienen información actualizadas de cada cliente por medio de ANM en CDK u otros programa asignado en la empresa y envían por email los casos correspondientes a la Forma 8300.
- Mantienen constante comunicación con el Departamento de Contabilidad de los depósitos de las cuentas de pignoración para el pago de las unidades.
- Responsable de preparar los depósitos y realizar un doble cotejo con la cajera del próximo turno antes de ir al banco. El doble cotejo requiere contabilizar el dinero con calculadora y hacer “match” con la hoja de depósito completada y la valija. La hoja de depósito y la valija deben tener las iniciales de ambas cajeras.
- Manejo del efectivo de acuerdo a las políticas de Cabrera
- Otras tareas relacionadas al puesto y departamento podrán ser asignadas.

The Museum of Modern Art is seeking a Hyundai Card MoMA Program Officer for a two-year term, commencing in June/July 2025. The Program Officer will support the administration of the Museum's Hyundai Card Exchange Program, which engages curators and curatorial affairs team members across the Museum in dialogue and exchange between New York City and Korea, including a regular program of MoMA staff travel to Korea for talks, research, studio visits, and other learning opportunities, as well as a series of 12-month Hyundai Card Visitors working full time at the Museum on various curatorial projects. The Program Officer will also support the broader work of the International Program, MoMA's program dedicated to connecting the Museum to an international network of artists, scholars, and institutions.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Plans and coordinates Exchange Program travel, including detailed itineraries, assistance booking flights, and coordination of transportation, hotels, dinners, meetings, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and recondition used and new vehicles
- Maintain the proper function of all tools and equipment
- Directly report any damage to the supervising manager immediately
- Maintain excellent standards for quality and service
Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions

- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
