**Inspections Supervisor**
**This position will be out of the Arlington, TX office.**
Inspections Supervisor will directly Supervise our inspections team, reporting to the General Manager. The responsibilities will include hiring and performance management, managing the overall performance of a team, provide support to field crews and direct reports, providing leadership by fostering a safe work environment, resolution of customer related issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, manage and handle operational issues that affect inspections, scheduling inspections with customers, and provide hands on support of direct reports - includes accompanying our inspectors or visiting customers when necessary.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Work with the General Manager and other managers to develop financial and operational goals.
+ Ensure the effective operation of the Inspections Division and the efficiency of related personnel.
+ Establish productivity goals for technical and administrative goals that fit in with the tactical priorities of the division.
+ Achieve the assigned monthly goals for revenue and cost control and correct any budgetary deficiencies.
+ Lead the technical and administrative personnel in providing a high level of customer service.
+ Ensure that the technical personnel are highly trained in our services and products as well as safety.
+ Learn and ensure compliance with all applicable industry codes.
+ Protect the company's assets.
+ Perform any other tasks assigned by the General Manager or Managing Member.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Possess any necessary licensing and certification required by National, State and Local codes.
+ Minimum 3-5 years related experience either in the fire protection industry or the commercial customer service business; minimum 2 years demonstrated leadership or management experience preferred.
+ NICET or equivalent training from manufacturers or institutions.
+ Working knowledge of NFPA 13, 25.
+ Working knowledge of Fire sprinkler & alarm systems and devices.
+ Working knowledge of Inspection Processes & Procedures
+ Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, programs schematics and operational/product manuals.
+ Ability to operate hand and power tools.
+ Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 40 lbs.
+ Proficiency with using PCs including working knowledge of MS Excel / Word as well as iPhone/iPad apps.
+ Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult position such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.
+ Ability to work flexible hours including weekends to meet customer requirements.
+ Willingness to travel out of town including overnight lodging.
+ Demonstrate a high level of customer service.
+ A strong work ethic and professional appearance.
+ Ability to work within a team environment.
+ Self-starter that can work with little to no supervision.

The Field Resource Inspector will work independently or with other resources depending on the task being performed. The Field Resource Inspector will complete and be responsible for all types of job site inspections including: TremCare, Job Site, QA and QA Plus. The Inspection technician is responsible for daily review and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality as it relates to the performance of inspection services. Safety is our number one priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting and project.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Field Resource Inspection Technician is responsible for performing the inspection services. They are to be on time and complete work scheduled. The Inspection Technician will perform all services in a professional manner as it pertains to conduct, appearance and communication.
- All required job information should be completed promptly via the required tools and resources.
- Must be familiar with all forms of low slope roofing systems.
- Must be knowledgeable with Tremco line of products and proper applications
- Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Review and confirm all work orders scheduled.
- Completion of all safety related activities using the designated tools mandated by Tremco
- Take photos to document phases of work performed on the job

- Job Site Inspection specific:
- Ensure the Spec has been read and will be taken to the project location.- Job Site Inspection specific
- Check materials for specification compliance, material type and proper storage
- Walk the roof with the Foreman. Address proper drainage, staging, application and details
- Observe and document all work being done
The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
* Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems
* Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.)
* Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices.
* Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks.
* Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs.
* Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees
Job Requirements:
* Commercial Roofing: All levels; at least 1 year preferred
* Reliable form of transportation
* Acceptable background check per company standards
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
