**Job Summary**
Shambaugh & Son L.P. is seeking an Inspections Estimator. This position is responsible for working with the Service/Inspection team to sell service agreements, preventative maintenance, and a variety of additional required inspections for the National ITM Service Group.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Generate sales of new Inspection Agreements and other services using identifying, prospecting, qualifying and other sales techniques. Grow customer base.
+ Pursue potential clients through existing customer data bases
+ Prepare written quotes and contracts for inspection services
+ Follow-up with customers in a timely manner to ensure sale is captured
+ Assist the customer over the phone in emergency situations
+ Project Manage projects for larger accounts
+ Ability to multi-task
+ Flexibility with schedule changes or a daily basis
+ Ability to travel when necessary
+ Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications:**
+ Become knowledgeable of NFPA Fire Protection codes and NFPA 25
+ Sales experience preferred.
+ Sprinkler knowledge preferred
+ Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
+ Must be disciplined and self-motivated to work with limited supervision
+ Excellent communicator and have great organizational skills with a positive attitude.
+ Electronic organization and expedient.
+ Passionate attitude while making multiple cold calls and more.

Inspections Supervisor will directly Supervise our inspections team, reporting to the General Manager. The responsibilities will include hiring and performance management, managing the overall performance of a team, provide support to field crews and direct reports, providing leadership by fostering a safe work environment, resolution of customer related issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, manage and handle operational issues that affect inspections, scheduling inspections with customers, and provide hands on support of direct reports - includes accompanying our inspectors or visiting customers when necessary.

+ Ensure the effective operation of the Inspections Division and the efficiency of related personnel.

+ Achieve the assigned monthly goals for revenue and cost control and correct any budgetary deficiencies.
+ Lead the technical and administrative personnel in providing a high level of customer service.
+ Ensure that the technical personnel are highly trained in our services and products as well as safety.

Assist Certified Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Inspectors and Technicians in the inspection of aircraft structures, powerplants and components. Support Inspection and Maintenance departments as an A & P, Inspector or helper.

Key Duties
- Engage in ongoing NDT Training to obtain progressive levels of NDT qualifications.
- Gain a working knowledge of all applicable NDT related standards, practice manuals, aerospace regulations, methods, procedures, safety protocols, and state laws regarding radiation safety.
- Become familiar with Aircraft Maintenance Manuals as they pertain to the NDT inspections, and Maintenance
- Participate in an NDT training program for the applicable testing methods under the direction of the NDT Level III or Level III designated Instructor certified in the testing methods.
- Assist and obtain experience under the direct supervision of Certified Level II NDT technicians & inspectors.
- Assist Level II or III inspectors with basic NDT administrative functions such as general organizing, planning, and inventory checks as required.

The supervisor will assist the Life Safety Manager in the identification, development and implementation of a corrective plan of action related to internal and regulatory findings. The supervisor will be responsible to oversee the BGMC regulatory equipment handlers.**
**Education And Credentials**
**HS - High School Diploma or GED is required. AOS - Assoc of Occupational Studies Building Design & Maintenance or similar is preferred. Valid NYS Driver's License is required. Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP) is preferred.**
**Experience**
**5 years of experience in Health Care physical environment is required. 3 years of experience in Safety and or Life Safety Code Compliance is required.**
