• Track any issues or concerns as relates to the performance by Consultant resources as reported to Consultant's onsite Delivery Lead by the Adobe.
• Engage with Adobe personnel designated by Adobe in a Quarterly Business Review process (i.e., to include, at a minimum, Adobe's Project Manager, Adobe's overall Consultant relationship owner, and representative(s) from Adobe's Sourcing and Consultant Management department). Requests for each Quarterly Business Review will be made by the Consultant by email within 5 business days of the quarter ending if Adobe has not already pre-scheduled meetings for this purpose.

We are seeking an experienced FedRAMP System Administrator to support and maintain our FedRAMP High/IL5 environment hosted in Microsoft Azure. You will be responsible for provisioning users within the FedRAMP boundary, ensuring audit/compliance alignment, and managing all identity and access functions using Azure Entra. Approximately 30% of this role will be dedicated to on-site support of executive leadership at our Long Island office, including AV hardware/software troubleshooting, office IT tools, and basic network support.
Key Responsibilities:
Within FedRAMP Boundary (60%):
- Administer Microsoft Azure environments at FedRAMP High/IL5 levels, focusing on stability, access, and security.
- Manage all identity and access controls using Azure Entra Identity Manager within FedRAMP boundaries.
- Provision and deprovision users/accounts, ensuring adherence to least-privilege and compliance best practices.
- Implement and support FedRAMP-mandated controls and procedures around privileged access, onboarding/offboarding, and user credentials.
- Perform regular audit and compliance reviews; remediate findings/violations as required.
- Generate and maintain artifacts/documentation to support ongoing FedRAMP compliance and annual assessments.
- Support incident response processes, including evidence collection and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with internal security, compliance, and technical teams.
- Serve as primary IT point of contact for Long Island-based executive leadership.
- Provide hands-on support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for AV conference room systems, office networking, and productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Teams, etc).
- Coordinate with vendors for office IT issues and ensure uptime of office conferencing solutions and networks.
- Manage and track inventory of IT assets at the Long Island site.
- Provide rapid-response troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- US Citizenship required.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of systems administration experience in a cloud environment, with FedRAMP experience highly preferred.
- 2+ years experience administering Microsoft Azure, including security and identity tools.
- Demonstrated expertise with Azure Entra (formerly Azure Active Directory) and identity lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of FedRAMP or NIST 800-53 frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated experience generating or maintaining FedRAMP/NIST traceability matrices, audit artifacts, etc.
- Experience providing in-person IT support, including AV/conference room technology and basic office networking.
- Strong customer-service skills for executive/VIP support.
- Ability to facilitate and/or pass background screening to support FedRAMP clearance requirements.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, CISSP, Security+, etc.).
- Prior experience in a government, defense, or highly regulated environment.
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint security.
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to lift/move office technology (up to 25 lbs) and perform on-site troubleshooting.
