Responsibilities

• Prepare formulation samples by weighing and mixing solid and liquid chemicals
• Perform filtration and circulation process for formulation samples
• Perform purification of chemicals, such as precipitation and ion-exchange
• Conduct fundamental physical and analytical characterization
• Conduct photolithography experiments in the fabrication laboratory
• Submit and manage photolithography and metrology job request
• Record, organize and communicate experimental data

Qualifications

  • Performs quality assurance and quality control testing and analyses as required to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytical results.
  • Prepares reagents, solutions, and standards as required.

  • Monitors and maintains laboratory supply and chemical inventory to assure effective laboratory operation.
  • Assists in the maintenance of quality management system in the Laboratory.

  • Performs chemical tests and analysis on process and finished product samples following established laboratory methods and procedures.
  • Analyzes process, cooling tower, and boiler feed water for proper chemical treatment.
  • Samples and analyzes process and product samples as required.
  • Performs quality assurance and quality control testing and analyses as required to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytical results.
  • Prepares reagents, solutions, and standards as required.
  • Performs calibration and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation as necessary to assure proper performance.
  • Monitors and maintains laboratory supply and chemical inventory to assure effective laboratory operation.
  • Assists in the maintenance of quality management system in the Laboratory.
  • Provides technical support and performs special assignments to support the Lab, Production, Engineering, and other Laboratory Customers.
  • Assembles laboratory reports; maintains notes on progress of analytical testing; reports analytical observations and findings without deviation; and informs laboratory customers of variances from standards immediately.
