**What you'll do:**
Shipping and receiving personnel are responsible for the smooth, efficient flow of all raw material and fabricated material into, throughout, and out of Badger Drive. Uses forklifts (stand up and sit down), walk along, and 5-ton crane as needed to complete daily job duties.
**In this function, you will:**
+ Deliver finished fabricated parts from fabrication area or the e-coat lines to the shipping dock and fills out necessary paperwork
+ Load and unload trucks for inbound and outbound materials
+ Complete shipment paperwork and SAP transactions for inbound and outbound material
+ Move pallets of in-process work to where they are accessible to other customers
+ Keep department provided with pallets and disposed of unusable pallets
+ Puts parts away in storage racks or floor locations
+ Dispose of scrap materials to designated scrap locations within the plant
+ Locate material with proper identification attached and turn receiving paperwork into office
+ Receive, locate, and ship parts daily to assure proper customer service commitments are maintained
+ Other duties may be assigned as needed by a Team Lead or Supervisor.
**Qualifications:**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 6 months of previous experience operating a forklift.

Summary

20% Pick and Pack Customer Orders

Picks orders which are to be delivered by commercial trucker based on customer order and completes required documentation.  Prepares pulled orders and places in holding area for truck pick up.

40% Load/Unload Shipments – Warehouse Material and Product 

Loads and unloads truck shipments received through Distribution.  Follows proper procedure to handle deliveries in order to facilitate entry into Harris inventory system.  Warehouses received materials and finished product in proper Manufacturing or Distribution areas, recording location on appropriate documentation.

20%Other Departments Support 

Aids other departments by pulling and replacing inaccessible stock using forklift.
