The Northrop Grumman Human Resources organization is seeking a Leadership Development - Organization Effectiveness to join the Enterprise Leadership Development team. In this role, the successor is responsible for the design, development and delivery of leadership development programs to ensure leadership and future ready talent pipelines.
**Duties will include:**
+ Collaborates extensively across the enterprise to deliver development programs aligned to our most critical business and workforce development needs with an initial focus on leader development.
