**Job Summary:**
This position is responsible for leading project environmental task and requirements, working with team members to collect data and develop project plans from initial stages to final engineered projects. Tasks include preparing reports, plans, evaluation of field conditions, field verifications, design changes, and monitoring reports. Drafts exhibits and detailed dimensional drawings including at times two-line and 3D drawings as required for completion of project designs and associated details.
**Primary duties & responsibilities:**
+ Perform environmental and civil related field work including general ecological assessments and field data mapping
+ Provide technical environmental regulatory assistance to team and clients
+ Perform desktop research and regulatory agency contact to determine mitigation actions or advance permit issuance
+ Design, draft, and process various environmental and development related plans and permits including but not limited to stream restoration plans, erosion and sediment control plans, grading plans, site plans, stormwater management, construction phasing plans, utility plans, and road plans
+ Compile various technical reports including applying for permit modifications and renewals.
+ Perform NPDES/Sediment Control inspections and construction monitoring as needed
+ Report to managers regarding various drafting, planning, field, and permitting work
+ Communicate with regulatory agencies at the discretion of managers
+ Familiar with all field safety requirements
**Required qualifications:**
+ 3-4 years of previous environmental design experience
+ Experience with Environmental Assessments, Feasibility Reports, and Permitting
+ Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, landscaping architecture, or related field from an accredited university
+ Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products
+ Working knowledge of AutoCAD software (2D and/or 3D)
+ Strong communication and customer service skills
+ Unquestioned business and personal integrity
+ Must be able to travel to project locations (10% travel) as needed for field work and onsite meetings.

- Conduct Texas General Land Office (GLO), Texas Railroad Commission (RRC), and other local and state permitting and compliance reporting.
- Provide solutions as part of a team to clients and communities.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor of Science Degree or above in environmental engineering, environmental science, geology, biology, or a similar field.
- An ardent desire to grow, learn, and assist other associates in Texas, and across the firm, as a team effort for the development of the Environmental Discipline and the firm.
- 15-20 years of experience with the most recent experience in environmental consulting and client relationships.
- Excellent writing and communication skills and the ability to relate to clients and associates at all levels of the organization.

- Experience with oversight of wetland delineations, T&E surveys, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Consultation and Permitting, and other resource permitting, agency coordination, and consultation.
- Experience with industrial/petrochemical facility and pipeline operations.
- Experience in Texas GLO coastal plans and programs
- Water Resources Permitting, SWPPPs, SPCC and other Operational Plans.

Job Description
To ensure Health Care Centers and other ancillary facilities know and execute standards and complete specific tasks designed to ensure the locations are clean and well maintained. The Environmental Service Consultant is responsible for ensuring compliance with all State, Federal and Pruitt guidelines for the assigned Health Care Centers and ancillary facilities.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
1. Ensure the facility adheres to rules, regulations and guidelines as put forth by the state, federal and Pruitt Corporation.
2. Prepare work schedules with assigned/dedicated times for visiting health care centers and ancillary facilities on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis with expectation that an Environmental Service Consultant is in a center or facility (or traveling to the same) more than 80% of work week/time.
3. Complete Environmental Service Consultant Checklist/Assessment for each center or facility visit with creation of Work Orders in the building maintenance electronic platform (TELS) for completion by facility maintenance director or facility team (and ensure completion of Work Order).
4. Promote usage of building maintenance electronic platform (TELS) and ensure assigned Health Care Centers and other ancillary facilities are meeting standards & expectations.
5. Promote usage of Environmental Services Support/Service Now Ticket Request system by Health Care Centers and other ancillary facilities and timely respond to requests for support.
6. Maintain reporting for all environmental services in the facility.
7. Communicate environmental issues and status updates in reporting form to the Administrator, AVP, Executive Director of Environmental Service and to the home office for PruittHealth.
8. Assist with modification and/or development of written procedures for the Environmental Service Division.
9. After completion of location visits or consultation with locations team members, make recommendations to Administrators, AVP, and VP for capital equipment items.
10. Participate in a formal, continuing education program and on the job training for the maintenance, Housekeeper and Laundry supervisors.
11. Establish and maintain proper procedures for cleaning the facility.
12. Ensure all proper maintenance is kept up on facilities equipment.
13. Establish and verify all procedures for the laundry division.
14. Develop procedures regarding Environmental Service needs in the Health Care Centers and other ancillary facilities.
15. Follow up on audit reports and any request made by the Administrator, AVP VP and Chief Development Officer (or other PruittHealth Executive Officer).
16. Educate and train PruittHealth GREENSWEEP standards and help to bring a facility in compliance with such standards.
17. Help address the needs of new facilities and acquisitions in reference to the environmental needs.
18. Ensure all Environmental Service staff in a facility operates equipment in an efficient and safe manner, reporting all unsafe condition to the supervisor and Administrator.
19. Establish required levels of linen, written specifications for all linen items, and specifications for all environmental chemicals in each of the facilities.
**MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
**MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:**
- 2 years' experience in a physical plant operation.
- 2 years supervisory experience in housekeeping, laundry or maintenance department.
**ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:** (Preferred qualifications)
- Vocational training in a skilled trade or other related technical training preferred.
- Knowledge of housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance practices.
- Experienced with cleaning materials and laundry chemicals/formulas.
- Knowledge of Federal, state and Pruitt policies and regulations involving fire, safety, and sanitation.
- Knowledge of linen requirements for all units of the facility.
- Ability to train personnel with varying skill levels.
- Basic Microsoft office capability.
- Experience with building maintenance software platform (TELS) preferred.
- Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions correspondence and memos.

Salary Range: $108,700.00 - $190,200.00
