Our Monetization Strategic Finance team is searching for a strategic and results-driven Associate to support the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) organization. This person will partner closely with the R&D cross-functional team to define produce strategy and roadmaps, performance manage against our business objective, and improve how we operate by setting OKR targets across products. This role specifically will be focused on deepening our understanding of the Feed ecosystem, LMS's core revenue stream, and will partner closely with R&D teams across both our LMS and organic teams. Key responsibilities would include:
+ Develop and maintain robust financial models for the Feed Ads business, including detailed forecasts.
+ Collaborate closely across product, engineering, data science, and sales teams to understand business drivers, evaluate strategic initiatives, and provide financial guidance for new product launches.
+ Establish and refine KPIs across the Feed to monitor the financial health of our business. Analyze variances and trends against those KPIs to provide actionable insights to senior leadership
The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving highly complex ambiguous operational and strategic questions within LinkedIn's R&D team and has exceptional business acumen and the skills to operate autonomously to identify, prioritize, partner, influence and implement high-impact change.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Operationalizes ideas and develops plans for execution with support from more senior team members.
+ Supports collaborative relationships with other teams and utilizes input and feedback to develop an understanding of their priorities and constraints.
+ Communicates implications of work (e.g., forecasts, analyses, trends) to management and cross-functional stakeholders with the necessary business context.

**Basic Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 1 years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience.
