In this role, the successor is responsible for the design, development and delivery of leadership development programs to ensure leadership and future ready talent pipelines.
**Duties will include:**

Position Summary:
The Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in accelerating Onity's organic growth by delivering data-driven insights focus on driving market analysis, supporting customer acquisition and retention initiatives, and guiding product innovation as well as platform enhancement efforts. They will partner closely with Growth, Product, Marketing, Capital Markets, and Technology leaders to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and internal performance data to identify opportunities, optimize strategies, and measure impact. This is a high-visibility role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders.
