DAY TO DAY:
The Process Design consultant is responsible for supporting transformation and enabling critical programs that drive high-impact process improvement across Enterprise Application Governance. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to facilitate Technology Product Governance routines and manage compliance processes. This individual will come in and quickly learn/analyze current processes in place and look for ways to automate and make simplifications to them, which could be procedural, automated, documentation, etc. Would be responsible for the designing, implementing and communicating the new processes to the enterprise. Provides project management support to vertical and horizontal transformation opportunities. Maintains a continuous improvement mindset by enhancing process management skills and capabilities. Will be a hybrid onsite model in Charlotte, NC.

The Digital Transformation Process Design Specialist role will be instrumental in the delivery of AI enabled process innovation providing data driven actionable insights, and automation capabilities to streamline and enhance the sales journey.
