**Responsibilities**
+ Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers overseeing the end-to-end delivery of client onboarding projects.
+ Drive team performance through clear expectations, coaching, and professional development.

**Qualifications**
+ 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years leading or managing a project delivery team.
+ Experience overseeing a project team that coordinates across multiple delivery functions (e.g., implementation, technical integrations).
+ Strong executive presence and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and customer executives.
+ Proven ability to implement governance models and drive consistency across project portfolios.
+ Proficiency in Smartsheets, Salesforce, FinancialForce, or similar tools.
+ Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
**Preferred**
+ PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification.
+ Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or HR tech strongly preferred.
+ Familiarity with integration methods (CSV, XML, API) is a plus - understanding the process without needing to execute it.
+ Experience working in or with a Center of Excellence model is a bonus.

**Compensation and Benefits**

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $125,000-135,000 annually, plus an annual manager bonus. The Kuiper Electronic Supply Chain team is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive coordination of technical manufacturing and supply chain activities for the PCBA team. The successful candidate will manage consolidated efforts to deliver contract manufacturers' initiatives that cut across PCBAs of the team, while maintaining a focus on quality and delivery requirements.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage contract manufacturers' end-to-end production process for assigned PCBAs
- Ensure on-time delivery to meet Kuiper production rate requirements
- Drive production planning and execution aligned with cross-functional priorities
- Measure, Control and Improve capacity, quality, manufacturing rate/processes, and delivery KPIs at contract manufacturers
- Lead technical deep dives to resolve manufacturing blockers and constraints - Balance development and engineering needs to minimize production impacts
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks

This new, high-profile Director, New Program Development role will be accountable for developing new primary services offerings for Anywhere's franchisee brokers and agents. We are seeking someone with experience in corporate strategy and development of new products, services, and go-to-market plans.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Program Development:** Design new integrated services offerings for our real estate franchisees, with a focus on services that generate revenue (insurance, mortgage) or displace existing cost (transaction coordination, back-office services). Develop sustainable business models that leverage our competitive advantages for the good of our franchisees.
+ **Thoughtful Implementation:** Partner with the relevant operations leaders to ensure viability and bring these new programs into existence. Operate with a test-and-learn mentality, piloting and iterating on each offering before entering a scaled rollout phase.
+ **Go-to-Market Strategy:** Craft and implement go-to-market plans, including market analysis, positioning, and competitive strategy. Ensure alignment with overall business priorities.

**Requirements**
+ Minimum 8+ years in strategy, program & service development, or mgmt. consulting roles
+ Experience in developing and implementing new services or lines of business
+ Must be able to work in a matrixed organization and work cooperatively and effectively with several key stakeholders at various levels.
+ Excels at dissecting competitive dynamics and financial data to inform competitive, resonant positioning and experience bringing successful products to market.
+ Must be a pro at collaboration - whether it's owning a program in tandem with skilled operations leaders; or working with sales to figure out which offerings will (most) help them win
