SUMMARY:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program

· One to three years of nursing experience required.

· Registered in NYS as a registered nurse professional.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three years of experience in electrical work (single-phase, 3-phase, programming), refrigeration, welding, fabrication, forklift operation, or general building maintenance.

• Industrial Refrigeration Certification is a plus.
• Food processing industry experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Estimator with over three years of experience in preconstruction. The role involves leading estimates on commercial construction projects ranging from $5M to $0M, while also supporting larger pursuits up to 20M+. The ideal candidate will be skilled in quantity takeoffs, bid preparation, and cost modeling from conceptual through GMP phases. A proven ability to interpret construction documents, collaborate in small estimating teams, and utilize electronic estimating tools such as Destini Estimator is essential.
