We are looking for a talented individual.
To join our team as a Salesforce Business Analyst. The Salesforce Business Analyst will act as a liaison between program team and IT team to translate the business needs and constantly work together to ensure the process workflow is seamless by participating in all phases of project life cycle. The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting and driving the projects that he/she may support in the region. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for Program data management with ensuring the smooth reporting client deliverables.

About the role
We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to help guide the review and recommendations to drive operational improvements in business processes and efficiency in Salesforce.
In this role you will elicit, document, and analyze requirements around business challenges, and then produce data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Conducting workshops, interviews, and other methods to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
- Solution Design: Translating requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, and process flows, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities.
- Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with stakeholders across different business units and with the development team to ensure clear understanding and successful implementation.
- UAT and Documentation: Managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring that user documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues related to Salesforce functionality and data, working with the development team as needed.
- Staying Updated: Keeping up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to ensure the platform is used effectively.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Working knowledge of Tricentis Products
- 2+ years work experience in Business Analysis
- 2+ years work experience with Salesforce technology
- Working knowledge of building dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
- Master degree in Business Analytics or Data Analytics

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training.
