We are a team of 8 support engineers who support Whole Foods corporate team members along with Whole Foods and Fresh team members across our stores, offices and facilities. We support all back office hardware, and infrastructure to include Windows and Mac computers, phones, application connectivity, back office infrastructure, point of sale connectivity and back office printers. We are a highly collaborative team that works closely together to solve problems for thousands of team members.
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience
- 4+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience
- 4+ years of technical support experience
- 4+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or equivalent
- 4+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience
Preferred Qualifications
